I keep reading that there are things wrong with the off-field structure of the Club and roles & responsibilities within the Football Department, always written with some form of innuendo around CS & CC in particular. From the outside, I've always thought them both to be capable, committed and enthusiastic. What is it that they are supposed to have done, (or not done)to draw this criticism ? If role clarity is the issue, a quick trip down to Geelong to get copies of Brian Cook & Neil Balmes' JD's would surely be a good starting point. :mad:
