For 4 years we have failed to draft players skilled enough for implementation of Dean Bailey's structures. We were promised from day one that the likes of Strauss, Maric, Morton and Tapscott are equipped with elite foot skills - I have failed to see this in any of these players except Tapscott, but I would hardly put him in the elite category.

The club's drafting has been solid and innovative since CC left but why are we failing to find kids with good skills? Hawthorn have no trouble, even with later picks.
