In this day and age football has come along way from pleasent sunday morning barrels and BBQs and chook raffles to make money.

Clubs are now run as a business in most business's if the board think they are not getting the best from thier people they bring in consultants

I would think it would be in melbourne's best interest (now we are debt free) for big Jimma and Cameron to let Dean Know if this is what is needed to move forward that he can employ an expert to advise in his own way, god knows there are plenty of experts who have an opinion of what we should be doing
