I was just looking at the AFL team lists after the draft.

The Hawks have 39 players on their list, including one veteran, whilst we have 39 players including two veterans.

Obviously we have a spare pick for the PSD, however, it's the rookie list that puzzles me.

The Hawks have 9 spots available for rookies according to the AFL, whilst we only have 6.

Obviously, there's one less that we've got as a result of having a second veteran, but I'm not sure what contributes to the difference of the other two.
