POSTGAME: Rd 11 vs Sydney
Heading for the flag, way better than all the rest.

GAMEDAY: Rd 11 vs Sydney
Expecting to take this game out quite easily, and I now believe that the non nomination of Tommy is a ruse.

PREGAME: Rd 11 vs Sydney
Boning Tommy Mac has got Pedo and Tomlinson written all over it, two players we desperately needed at times. He was good enough to hold the fort while May and Lever were out, now he gets it in the back, history repeating itself.

PREGAME: Rd 11 vs Sydney
Interesting regarding Viney, even if he was 100% I wouldn’t fit him in, I’m not convinced .

Time to go Goody?
One game out of the eight, making the playoffs will not be a big deal. Aim higher .

Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
Lack of height, strength and spring, playing against genuine talls sees him trying to reach higher with one hand. His game has deteriorated alarmingly since being tried as an undersized 193cm ruckman.

Well that’s a big dose of grief. Four little children now without fathers. Places the stupid game chasing the leather into perspective.

Luke Jackson back to Victoria?
It wasn’t losing Jackson that killed us, it was wasting that pick on Jefferson.

Harley Reid
Why not, get in the hock for another 15 years. Petracca, Oliver, Viney, Caulfield..Let’s do it. Must be some credit card.

Luke Jackson back to Victoria?
Van Rooyen, Tholstrop and future second rounder should get it done.

TRAINING: Monday 12th May 2025
Ok, so we are playing above our ability, that’s good. NSW State of Origin go surfing to meet and bond with each other.

Not that you would have a clue.

Welcome to Demonland Matthew Jefferson
Not hard enough, not good enough, not tough enough.

Trade Targets
Has anybody mentioned McAdams brother, Ash Johnson, out of contract at years end. Has shown up in plenty of highlights. You can’t sell Caulfield to prospective players, something we have talked about for forty years, and may or may not happen in five years. Our training setup at Goschs is not that bad, and Caulfield is not going to land us much closer to Casey fields anyway.

One armed bandit.

Training Ground?
I wouldn’t be comparing stadiums, community assets, Western oval, Ballarat, and Geelong, to a couple of ovals in the middle of a city racetrack.

PREGAME: Rd 09 vs Hawthorn
No JVR, he’s had a few goes and a few fails, No Oliver, can’t keep changing the team to suit him, it’s not right Time to have a look at Sestan for Petty. Reckon we will win.

The Next CEO
Football is played on the MCG 6 hours a week, Marvel 4 hours. Both surfaces are poor, and are sheltered from the elements. I understand a little about green keeping.

Professional team training on what will be a community oval at Caulfield. Far from ideal, 17 weeks before the new man plans on placing his size 12’s under the desk. Interesting times.

Disco, taller than Van Rooyen, better hands, better ruck
