Toumpas looks pretty good in traffic.
-
Viney looks to be a great kick with his left foot. Haven't seen Toumpas or Hogan up close yet.
Geez Dunn is a big unit. Also good to see Mitch Clark doing a few half pace run throughs earlier as well.
-
To quote the coach in the tackling drill:
"Get up quick or you're out of the game."

I reckon there's about 100 supporters here (give or take a few) at the moment. I think my eyesight is going though. Could be twice as many.
-
Yep. And many of them are putting on their GPS's.
Time to settle in for the show then!
-
Main group just arriving now?
-
MFC website says 9:15am start. I'll be trying to get there if I can.
-
Make sure we bl00dy well get his loan money back before he leaves.
Wouldn't we just sell his desk/whiteboard?

I find it hard to believe there are not measures in place to avoid anything like this happening. Either make it more visible by placing a larger cone on it or something FCS.
After Tapscotts injury you would've thought a thorough risk assessment of this type of hazard was completed.
I can see tomorrow's Age headline already:
"Demons caught in new 'sprinkling' scandal. We don't know what it is but we'll try to make it seem sinister by calling it Sprinklergate or something."
Obviously an attempt to ruin our recruits in the pre-season rather than risk playing them in a regular season game.

So nobody knows what he actually said??
"Fear not supporters! I will return and smite the other 17 teams." - Mitch Clark*
*may not be an actual quote

Or the weapon is in charge for the week of training. He will soften them up.
Plus I reckon the power struggle between Hird and Bomber Thompson will be getting worse.
It's someone else's turn to cop the sharp end of the stick.

Does Brock McLean being tarred and feathered count as "decorated"?

You got your wish
BURRRRRNNNN!!!

Well maybe their mid season collapse starts early this year.
Hopefully the Crows will give them a pummelling in Round 1 and soften them up for us.
-
I can't decide if I want to beat them by 1 point or 60 points...
Thoughts?
-
Would I be correct in guessing there is also a financial boost for a player by being in the leadership group?
Might explain why it's being spread a little further this year?

2. NO BELTINGS ABOVE 50 PINTS!!!
In my experience anything involving 50 "pints" involves someone getting belted!

Could be the Demonland theme song at the games?
"Boy it make-a me sick, everyting I gotta do
I can'ta getta no kicks, always gotta follow rules
Boy it make-a me sick, just to make-a lousy bucks
Gotta a feela like a fool
And the mama used to say all the time, What'sa matter you, hey, gotta no respect
Whatta you tink you do, why you looka so sad
Itsa not so bad, Itsa nice-a place, Ahh shaddupa you face"

so about 13 percent of the pages of "the indictment" document - and probably (from what has been leaked) about as much substance!
740 to go to keep up with the interrogators.
Haven't you heard? It's a 1000 page "dossier" now. The HUN and AGE are in an arms race to pump it up.
By the time this thing wraps up Peter Jackson will be able to film the trilogy of Tanking.

Hahaha it would be fun. Get the train home from Richmond Station with the unwashed swill!!!
Would i make it?
I don't know but there may be few here with their honour in question.
Do people still slap with gloves and demand satisfaction?
(Not me though. I'm not big on getting into it)

To quote my favourite Calvin & Hobbes:
Calvin:
When a person pauses in mid-sentence to choose a word, thats the best time to jump in and change the subject! Its like an interception in football! You grab the other guys idea and run the opposite way with it! The more sentences you complete, the higher your score! The idea is to block the other guys thoughts and express your own! Thats how you win!
Hobbes:
Conversations arent contests!
Calvin:
OK, a point for you, but Im still ahead.

You know... When I bumped this thread I thought it would bring a few people together for some back slapping for signing up again.
Instead, a train spotters guide to preverts in Thailand.
Thank you Internet!

Well, for better or worse I just renewed for 2013.
Hopefully better.

Not to mention any drug investigations into said teams from yore. Did they do drug tests back then, & if so, do they keep the samples?
Like the olympics & the 'tour de france', retesting would make things very interesting.
Result:
Can open... Worms everywhere.

Toumpas also does well at the foot of a pack in the forward line.
