I was in Sydney visiting my daughter when that match was on.

We found a pub in Manly to watch the match. It was a sportsbar type arrangement, with the match being shown on a small screen. Obviously events like pip spitting and hot dog eating were more interesting to the locals.

In any event, the Demons were deplorable. Not even a few beers could camouflage that.

I watched the final 10 minutes of Q2 (Tigers/Swans). I can't remember seeing worse football.

I was mainly watching the World Cup qualifier v Japan.

Socceroos totally outplayed, but incredibly scored the only goal with a coupla minutes left.
