  1. In Maxwell and Starc, out Doolan and O'Keefe. Pakistan win toss and bat again. Blimey.
  2. Carlton, Essendon and Collingwood traditionally get looked after due to their huge membership numbers. I see they all miss the trip to Geelong yet again.
  3. As Jackson said 'The fixture reflects where we are as a club'. Greater success on field will bring benefits in the draw. As a Gold Coast resident I'm entitled to be [censored] off, no games in Queensland 2 years running.
  4. The experts are tipping an unchanged line up, FMD given Doolan's atrocious display with the bat and in the field I find that extraordinary. Surely Phil Hughes deserves another chance.
  5. Half the squad training two weeks before it's compulsory - impressive !
  6. Tassie was one of the greatest exponents of the drop kick the game has ever seen and what a pity the art is lost to the modern game. Your memory serves you well nutbean, nice to know there are others of my vintage posting. Were you present at the GF in '64 ?
  7. Wash your mouth out son, #8 never kicked a mongrel in his life.
  8. To endure more surgery and another 8 weeks in a cast indicates that Jack gives himself some chance of recovery. May not look bright at this stage however I for one wish the young fella a full and speedy recovery. Ripping young bloke who deserves a break.
  9. Add Behrendorff and Hazlewood to the fast bowling stocks, both very good young quicks.
  10. Good get Kurt. Reports that turn out to be valid gives the site credibility.
  11. We have developed a slight wobble at 4/207, Warner a brilliant 133 no. Lunch day 3.
  12. We are 0/113 chasing 454. A much more attacking days play.
  13. I remember it well, thought Long was a dog at the time and nothing has changed.
  14. "List clogger and spud" the language of the disrespectful keyboard warriors.
  15. Alex was impressive early but as others have said his kicking became a liability.
