Why would the club let go of Bruce. Hes the co-captain and his thought of very highly by DB. Bruce would of been of much more value 2 years ago. Perhaps a top 10 pick, in 2006.

Garland can play small. As can Frawley.

Wouldnt expect him to say anything else at this stage of the season. Will be interesting to see what comes of Trapper come October. Call him lazy and whatever else, hes still a quality player and I would have him back at the MFC in a heartbeat. He'd flourish under DB.

At the time I wouldnt have picked Jolly over White. Though it was clearly obvious Jolly had what it takes and would be Jeffs long term replacement. Poor decision to let him run. I disagree with TJ not being a loss. He would of flourished under DB. Anyway there is no point continuining to argue but we must be careful in trade week, agreed?

Similar to what young Crow Patrick Dangerfield is doing. I would take Watts, should we decide we want a ruckman then it will be Naitinui.

Woey's trade was good value, just a big loss at the time. Jolly, well okay. We could of kept him though. TJ, we'll see but huge loss mate. Do you see clubs like Geelong trading off there best players like we do? Dont think so.

I think we have all liked Carroll. Plays the game with alot of heart. I too doubt another club would want him. Will be interesting to see come October. Surely we wont keep him though?

I think we need to very careful within the trade market this year. We've let a ridiculous amount of talent leave our club in past years (Jolly, TJ, Woey etc), the same mistakes cannot be made if the club is to move forward. I'd trade Carroll & Bell. Newton also if wanted.

Ive got a mate who played on Steele a few weeks ago for Geelong Falcons. Says Steele carved him up, and his been the top talent all year in the TAC cup. Top 3 pick apparently. From the video im impressed with Natinui's athleticism and Rich's composure in tight. Both would be excellent acquisitions.
