Photography!!!
How goods that. Wasn't too sure on the goal songs before the day but damn I could get used to Rock the Casbah. If you want to check out some cool flics of the boys in action from today go check out mfc_photographyafl on Instagram. I'm not earning any money or anything off it, just a kid who loves the Dees. Would really appreciate a follow. Thanks, Cam. #inStevenKingwetrust

Dees Photography
Hey Dees lovers, Tomorrow will be the first home round I'll be taking some shots of the boys in action on the 'G. Super keen to capture our new style of play and of course the new players who joined the club over summer. If anyone's interested in getting a photo of their favourite player I'd love to take on the challenge and get an amazing shot. I'd also love anyone else who wants to publish their flics to upload them here. Go Dees. Thanks, Cam. (any photos taken by me should be uploaded by Sunday night)

Footy Boots!
Was wondering if any boot fanatics knew exactly what boot Caleb Windsor wears. I know their new balance just don't know the name. I've just been looking at a pair that are bright yellow to stand out on the field (mostly so my Nan can see where I am). I was really interested in the Tiempo 'Max Voltage' but they've already sold out everywhere. If you've got any info on if they are still producing them or any recommendations, I'm all ears. Thanks, Cam.

Dees Photography
I've just created my own gallery, others can upload their photos to this site and copy the link to the photo and paste it here, I'll be uploading my best shots onto here unless Demonland finds a better way to display them. @Demonland Could we potentially use this thread for the photo links or create a new one? https://postimg.cc/CZ96VRzM Tell me if this link works. Thanks, Cam.

Dees Photography
Not sure if we already have a category for Dees flics but I myself have been wondering if anyone would be interested in potentially finding a space to put our best training/game flics of our fav players and coaches for everyone to see. For the past few seasons I've really taken an interest to getting action shots and I think people would appreciate seeing how good the Melbourne boys look representing our club out on Gosh's, Casey or the G. Thanks, Cam.

Intraclub Game Replay
Too bad the game was at 10 this morning, I was in fact at school, was just wondering if anyone had a way to replay the game. Maybe Melbourne might make a YouTube replay???? Thanks, Cam.

The Ruck Conundrum
I completely agree with Kalani needing to develop over the next few years but I thought maybe chucking him straight into the big games will enhance his development even more. Maybe even his agility and speed as a big man can add to our ‘new’ game style.

The Ruck Conundrum
Haven’t been to as many pre season trainings as I would’ve liked this off season so i’ve been wondering who will get the gig under Gawny. Rumours of Culley being able to potentially be that athletic, fast and versatile style of ruck similar to lukey jackson in a way but also having Kalani and Heath up our sleeves that i’m not sure will get games (praying that Kalani will play, we can’t have another FS lost) If you’ve got any opinions i’d love to hear em i need the help for my supercoach team 😂.

Preseason 2025/2026
Is it just me or is anyone else itching for pre season to start back up. I know heaps of the boys have already started committing to the grind before official training starts which shows how good we are looking for the future. Just wondering how long until the boys will be back on Gosh's and Casey, assuming it won't be much longer after the draft which is also very exciting. It really is going to feel like an entire new club with new players, coaching staff and game style. Hopefully the young boys will gain so much confidence heading into next year having more freedom on the ground. Also, can not wait to see boys like Moniz-Wakefield have another shot at tearing up the backline after doing his ACL, he was looking so good. (The trac profile picture will be getting changed don't worry) 😅 I love reading the comments of everyone's point of view and opinion so feel free to respond.

Welcome to Demonland: Kalani White
Over the past 5 years maybe even decade, Melbourne have been exceptional at drafting our future stars. There's been a slight pattern in the Dees picks leaning towards more mids and even a few pickups for our defence. Kalani White, son of Jeff White, who is playing in the Gold Coast Suns academy does have the farther son opportunity to be taken by the Dees. He's 199 CM tall, agile and can take an amazing mark (shades of rookie Max Gawn). Also helps that Jeff has hinted to us that he'd love to see his kid in the colours he played for on social media. Also mentions of Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves a wing/forward player has the same skill set to Caleb Windsor who could potentially be a massive pick up.

PREGAME: Rd 12 vs St. Kilda
With Spargs getting injured on Sunday someone is going to have to step up in his place. Sharpy has been a great last quarter boost for us in the past few weeks and in my opinion, should definitely be getting a full game. But is it time to maybe launch someone we haven't seen such as Culley? I feel like Sharp should be getting a whole game but maybe that last quarter is what he is best at executing compared to Spargs who can stay consistent for most of the game. I've heard Culley doesn't have the greatest disposal efficiency but would still love to see his height and explosiveness used in our 'new and faster' game style. Thoughts...????? Other than that, Carn the Dees!!!

Spargo, Sharp or Culley???????
Not sure what it looked like on TV but I think I can gladly say that Sharpy performed at a way higher standard than Spargo did with only having about half a quarter to play. Not even trying to force any hate but Spargo plays some what for himself and tries to do too much. Haven’t checked his efficiency yet but it can’t be anything good.

Spargo, Sharp or Culley???????
Coming from a fan that's watched every single Dees game from the time I could remember, Spargs has been through thick and thin with us and is still a great player but in my opinion, I feel like Sharpy just effects the game and has a more positive impact on the 'new' way we are trying to move the ball. I'm also really interested in seeing Culley to be givin a go in that forward line too. To see his explosiveness and even his slight height advantage be brought into our game would be great, obviously only if he plays well. Let me know what you think, I could be waaaaay off target.
