I hate this manufactured “rivalry” that’s come about from one silly interaction between Hinkley and Sicily last year. Proper rivalries are organic and take a lot longer to develop. Why can’t we just play a game of flippin’ footy without having to rely on drama to garner interest?

Everyone’s entitled to their opinion and in this case the opinions are on Goody as our coach. Folks who believe he should be replaced may have very good reasons for formulating this opinion and many of them express their opinion in a respectful way. Then there’s the ones who post “Goodwin’s a moron. End of story.” and “Goodwin is [censored], always has been, utter rubbish.” It’s not hard to be respectful and sensitive, it’s really not. And it’s not a huge ask. I’d hate to see this awesome site reduced to a small group of bitter and nasty belligerents, but that’s where it’s headed.

Except comments like the one below aren’t critiques, they’re nasty insults. Therefore this thread isn’t for the posters of such.

I’ve got three friends who have the same length delay. One of them is Mrs Fritta. She contacted Kayo and all they did was to tell her how to go about unsubscribing. How’s that for customer service, huh 🙄

I do watch other games but the delay is okay because I’m not so invested in them. I just turn off notifications on my phone so there’s no spoilers. But this is different… this is our game and the only way to avoid spoilers is to tum my phone off completely. Thank you for the suggestions. I will try each one.

Is that where you choose “from live” or “from start”? I always select from live but the delay is still lengthy. Right now it’s out to 15-mins delayed. I use a Google chrome cast to my TV. It works perfectly with everything other than Kayo. Dr G, I don’t know what a scrubber/timer is but I’d welcome a delay of 30-45 seconds.
