    Been lurking here for the last few months but I'm one of the bigger PJ fans around so this was enough to make me sign up, well done! My question: What advice would you give someone at the start of their career who wants to work in football admin, and what makes someone good at the job? Its impossible not to be inspired by what you've achieved since you started with us.
