    Jones is still a very good player, and will (at worst) be a good player this year. I see no reason why the captain of the football club needs to be its best player (remember the shock when Buddy was named captain of the All Australian side). Accordingly, there is no reason to get rid of Jones. The club seemed to do very well with him and Viney last year. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
