I'll be seriously f#$!ed off if we trade Watts.. When he is playing well he is such an important player to us. We obviously don't know the day to day ins and outs of how he is around the club but on the surface we are better side with him in it.. Besides the fact he will be better than whatever we get for him in a trade

Anyway people lose sight of draft picks, we of all supporters should know a top draft pick isn't guaranteed, the club will pay what he's worth in terms of a trade. We very may well have a Premiership/All Australian CHB at 21 years of age who's best footy is ahead of him.. We are defintely paying overs but that's what you have to do to get a player out of a side unless your right on the cusp of a premiership like the Hawks were when they recruited well. He's disposal is better than I thought, he's pretty good by foot (shudders...bar that howler that cost us against West Coast)

Yeah true, I have a sense that the team has "embraced the suck" as was their motto in the off season and will take it in their stride this season.. Obviously won't be proven right or wrong until seasons end but only 2 sides have ever lost the SB and returned to win it the following year.... We are only the 4th side in history to lose the SB and winning the opening 2 games next season, it's a start!

Losing your two starting tackles was always going to make life tough for Rodgers wasn't it.... Having said that he gave up 14 points with unlike Rodgers plays, that interception he threw right on the half and the forced fumble (which was line ball) whether those mistakes were due to the pressure he felt with the makeshift O-Line or not.. I'm okay with how we are looking, I honestly find myself in some sort of feeling nothing, is this what it's like to following a side when winning more games then not ? Or I just may be been reserved after what happened last season...

Just saw the last quarter of the Chargers & Broncos... Pretty good finish, Chargers coming from 17 down to within 3, their D was huge in the last quarter. Not a fan of sides been able to call a timeout in between the snap and FG attempt... The rookie Chargers kicker nailed the first only to have another go and have it blocked, seems wrong.
