I think I would be happy to retire McADam and take John Blight as a key back and if another retired, say Campbell or May, take a punt on Ah Mu.
I think if Ah Mu can be trained up as an AFL player, he could be a chance.
I have spoken too my Viking GODS and they don't hold much hope for 2026 or 2027. Best we can do is in 2028. Who am I to argue ๐ค with the GODS? But maybe Uncle Bitters can, where is the old spiked head man?

In case anyone has forgotten we gave up 9 goal lead a few games back to lose. The saints have added some good players. Our additions in the main are kids and we have lost two GF winners add a new coach and learning a new game plan and I am not expecting much this year.
So 2026 will suck for us? Got it!

Can you see your tickets on the MFC app?
I checked today and nothing is coming in my app even though I am sure I have linked the Ticketmaster account. Unless the tickets for the season will be visible closer to round 1?
Sorry ๐ I don't use the app and I can't watch live MFC games on a regular basis.

The old UnclevBitters would not stay so quiet after being challenged like this! ๐ Hope the old fella is well ๐ and looking after all those Alpacas he has on his gentleman estate? Alternatively, has he become a Collingwood supporter and now actually like us, so he has nothing bad to say about us?

Not been paying much attention to the club this off season so unaware of any current injuries. But I find any problems are either coaching or Uncle Bitters fault. So if its not the coach it must be the latter. His spikes have a lot to answer for.

I remember my father calling Australia Day, Sydney's Birthday, once it was set on the 26 January. To me, Australia Day should be on the 1 of January as the founding of Australia was on the 1 January 1901. But I guess there more New South Wales people who like the rest of us celebrating their birthday ๐

Hope you are ok and getting better.
It will soon be six years since my stroke which left me unable to work. Not really getting any better, but not getting any worse either.
Yes she is a great team player who can also score. But she now in the USA team and will be hard for our girls to stop her plays.

Well you are missing out. More drama the a Melbourne Football Club board room meeting.
The league is currently renegotiating the player salaries and conditions. They offered the players about a four time benefits increase, but the players are turning down the offer. Think the players want a similar deal to the men. Unfortunately for the ladies they don't generate around 11 billion dollars in revenue that the men do. Last season the WNBA lost fifty million dollars, which the NBA had to subsidised. There is talk about a lock out of players this season and maybe the end of the WNBA.
There is a young player that has attracted a lot of attention from the public and sponsors called Cathlain Clark. As a result the attendance at games has significantly increased as well the TV coverage. The league is trying not too promote her, which is weird, and maybe allow other players to physically attack her on field. Little to no protection from the umpires. The old veterans appear to really dislike all the attention she getting.
I think the NBA and WNBA will undergo an investigation by the FBI.
