Litherland is too old

Agree up to a point Doctor but we had plenty of experienced assistants under Neeld but whatever went wrong it all came back to Neeld, who paid the price. It was obvious our guys didn't know what to do, where to go, how to respond under Neeld. Although I will never understand why that happened!
Except for Rawlings, all the assistant coaches got the boot or left. Roos brought a coaching team with him, thats for sure

have you noticed the improvement of Dunn since he removed the moustache.
Yes. Also since he stopped all the sledging.

I know he wasn't on the original list but Cam Pederson aka the Pedotrain has got them all covered. Jetta, a lot will give credit to Roos but he played a breakout game in defence against the Dogs last year (the last game 2013) and has carried that over into this season. It's great to see Bail playing good footy after all those concussions.
The Pedotrain probably wasnt on the list because we all thought he was so goddamn awful, and would never make the grade. Im am absolutely speechless when it comes to his transformation.

Nail on the head.
A number of supporters seem to have a blind spot with Grimes. Clearly not getting better.
Hasnt improved. Glaring weakness in an otherwise promising team.. No good

I reckon Dunn will take Schultz, Terlich and Garland will share Robbie Gray and any midfielder coming forward and Tommy Mc will get Westoff
Surely Tommy Mc will go to Schulz...

Exactly, I spoke to a few of them at training yesterday morning, you can sense the belief is there. Roos has finally convinced them that the other team is only 22 other blokes, yes they are talented, but if everybody plays their role to the best of their ability
its obvious the boys are improving every game. we are massively under estimated... every team we beat goes into a soul searching meltdown. Soon people will realise we are a competitive prospect... until then.. KA CHING

cleaned up all the $9s, $8s and $7s off betfair. We are gonna win.

Dont forget we have Vlad to thank for PJ, and therefore The Messiah.

So everybody loves Cameron, and Viney and JKH and Nathan Jones, and Salem and Tyson and Frawley and Tommy Mc and now Dunn, how much money do you think the Club has at the moment with just 35000 members and now no support from the AFL....the Geelong and Hawthorn models are based on players all being on equal salaries and playing as a team, so was Sydney until Roos left
JKH, Tommy Mac and Salem ??? Yeah those guys are really breaking the bank...

The mastermind that is Paul Roos NEVER GIVES ANYTHING AWAY.
Just listening to him on AFL360 reminds me how lucky we are to have a tactical genius in our corner.

.... and hey, if Neeld and Schwab could sell the Dees story to Mitch, Roos and PJ could be capable of negotiating anything...

I think Dermie had him listed before the season as the best forward in the league.
If we were paying Mitch 800K, Cameron could be worth a million
No brainer for mine

Dangerfield is great, but I'd much rather scoop the GWS talent pool.
This.
All the best deals will come from the franchise clubs, thats for sure. There is no way to hold on to that massive pool of talent, and there will be bargains galore to pick and choose from.

Could Mitch Clark make a comeback, and play for the dees again in 2015 ?
His twitter feed, apart from showing he still has love for MFC, is indicating he is making a return to the gym... could this be the first step on the journey to the biggest comeback in AFL history ??
6am start at the gym. Time to get fit again. Thank you to everyone who has wrote to me. I can't thank you all enough.

BTW I declared Cam gone after the Tigers NAB cup game and am happy to say I was wrong. I also was starting to feel that Watts, despite his sublime skills, would never do the hard things required of footballers. Hopefully I was wrong there too.
are you serious ? he gave it a red hot crack in that game and it seemed he was a certainty to be best 22 this year on the back of that...

.... and it was all so funny just 3 months ago...

You would have said the same thing about Port Adelaide 18 months ago. Having said that, I don't think Brisbane are in any position to turn around so quickly like Port did.
No problem, AFL will send in some master ex-CEO on a "temporary" assignment, throw a couple of mil at them, rope in a coaching maestro who will bring in his entourage and abracadabra, they will be playing finals again in no time.

FWIW, this article lists Jesse as 3 weeks out
