Disappointed in Baileys press conference. There was nothing there that gave me as a supporter any hope for the future, let alone any answers for today's disgraceful effort. If you can not be ready in round 1 when we started training before any other team, what hope do we have, for future success, to get more members and attract bigger sponsors. So Bail's whats next!!??

I bought this up a few weeks ago. for those who didnt see it....
It used to be the “W” factor – White, Wheelan, Wheatly Woey, Ward etc, now the biggest influence I believe in the clubs history will be the “J” factor

Why to we need to keep changing the bloody game. Why doesn't AD consult the biggest steak holders in the game, US the fans !!!! I am sick and tied of people like Gerard Healy, and alike wanting to consistently changing the game, at this rate in 10 years who knows what it will look like. I rather go back to 12 teams just based here in Vic!

A fantastic initiative Cam!
Cam went through this in a small detail at the AGM, and this gives you a great insight as to the direct we are going. The MFC has now become more accessible to the fans and CS White board Wednesday will give those who cannot make it to Casey, the games or family days a better understanding of our great club. The model Cam uses is a not only a great model for the MFC but for business as well. I have recently been to the Intra club and NAB challenge at Casey and the family day at Luna Park, and I have had fantastic conversations with Cam, Gotchy, Bailey, Jimmy and numerous players. Talking to fans of other clubs, they are envious of the assess ability we have to just walk up to these people and have good genuine conversation. (I understand that one clubs family day they were charging people for player’s autographs) It is great to see us as an innovator rather than a follower, however to tell the truth I take very little notice of other clubs. Now all we need now is to turn this behind the scenes work to on field success!

Just got back.
No forward line. Miller - if a senior player can not kick a goal from 35 mt directly in front what hope have we.
How was the Holding the ball against Maric in the dieing seconds, not a good display of the ump's today either.
Grimes - BOG
Two qtrs of 6 goals by opposition, - don't blame the back line too much, the ball came out of attack too easy.

it appears most or all of our player "can play" however as they say there is no ME in Team!

With a performance like last night, how can we expect to increase membership. Nothing from last night game gave me hope that we will win more than 4 games again!

Some other players of notice.
Jake Spencer - First two goal, (one from free) but his kicking improved, IMO his ruck was good.
Jamar - Some great leaps in the ruck.
Newton. Got alot of the ball. Some good stuff (some not so good)
Bail- got toweled by LJ at one time but was solid for the day.
Healy - some good stuff, got caught once or twice trying to do too much.
Stef martin - Got beat in the ruck most time but was competitive around the ground.
Moloney - boy has he bulked up.
Put Col, Bret and Jones in a row - wow!
