    I love Neil Craig's long socks. No matter how cold it is he will always wear shorts, but if it's really cold he will pull his socks up.

    I'd be happy with any of Eade, Roos or Williams. I actually think Lyon is correct when he says Neeld was the right man at the time, the problem is their search criteria was completely wrong.
