    Who are "we", and why would "we" all like to see Hurley sign with the drug cheating club? Roos, WTF? Why cant just one person come out and say, "look, we all know what essedon did to their players, and we think our club would provide a new, clean environment for a fresh start for {said player)? Is Roos just another apologist for the afl corporation?

    I think Viney and Oliver would sit comfortably above Kent/Dunn on the list of signing priorities. And Hogan is ALREADY signed for next year. Smile a little.

    It will be if it hasn't improved dramatically from his pre break speed. Agree with the aerobic ability. I think it will be an enormous advantage with the interchange cap. Has improved scullys worth as a player already, and we all know Trenners is a much better "footballer" than scully.

    The reports I have heard are that he looks to be running at a similar pace. I'm entitled to be cautious, just as you are entitled to only see the positives. Like I said, i hope he plays, and plays well. Maybe I'm just a little more realistic than some.

    What will everyone think if he gets on the ground, and moves as slow as he did when he last played? I understand the excitement, but its possible there might be a let down also. Hope he does play, and play well.

    Agree on the Richmond thing. Was just saying I dont think we, and a few other teams are much different. Richmond probably lead the pack though. Lots of talk most years about them chasing a name, and it turns to nothing every time. We will be viewed the same, until we can land a Hurley/Prestia etc, and not for outlandish coin either.

    Cannot believe anyone wouldnt be jumping out of their skin if we signed Prestia. Ball winning mids of his class are not simply plucked out of thin air. We have some height through the centre now. We can afford to have Viney and Dion in the same team.

    Plays taller than that, and must admit I thought he was. We always seem to get mauled by 2nd/3rd tall forwards from other teams. Redpath? omg.

    Ah ok. I dont listen to commercial TV or radio, so I dont hear that sort of stuff. Would love May. Tough as nails, and not afraid to push people around. Something we lack in our key defenders. A Gorilla Killa. Surely would cost a lot less than Hurley.
