  1. About what it should be, going by salary cap.
  2. I beg your pardon mate? Let me spell it out for you in English. I believe Melksham is a drug cheat. Once again, for clarity. I think Jake Melksham used illegal, performance enhancing drugs. WADA, the WORLD Anti Doping Agency, brought a case to the Court or Arbitration for Sport, and they WON THE CASE, against the essedon players. That means the essedon players are C.O.N.V.I.C.T.E.D. of using performance enhancing drugs, in an effort to CHEAT, and win games while assisted by drugs. So actually, its not even for me to "believe" It's a fact. Proven by the world experts in drug offences. That the afl and their ass licking sycophant media has been in denial the whole time, does not sway my opinion at all. This was, to essedon, a chance to cheat their way to a flag. To the afl, it was a superpower club doing its best to win, and as an aside, make the afl squillions. (Please post the K.P.I's of dill, and his lacky's) You cannot hide your allegiance to the cheats mate, so give it up. A real Melbourne supporter would hate essedon with every atom that spins. You are a bummer supporter, of that there is no doubt.
  3. Mind you, they will all be spewing that our first round pick wont fall in their laps, in exchange for a convicted drug cheat, who has had a year out of the game. I get the feeling that the idiot essendrug supporters think that they will automatically launch into the 8 once the convicted cheats return. Prepare for heartache druggo supporters. It aint that simple.
  4. L.H, I think you have hit the nail on the head. Similar to Lynch from the Crows last year. Let your current employer think that you might be looking to transfer to the Dees, then sit tight and wait for your preferred x year contract to be lobbed into your lap. Old man Hibberd, let me advise you of something, and I will do it for free. (I'm taking that post as the real guy, and not a fake) If you are not actively pushing your son out of the club that saw him become CONVICTED of using illegal, performance enhancing drugs (The players claim it was against their knowledge), then I believe you are failing in your duty to take care of your son. IE:, you are a crap parent. Or did you and your son actually know what was stuck into him, but you went along with it, because you would do whatever it takes to see your son win a flag? I Would be interested to hear your answer. Either way, you are free to keep your convicted drug cheat son at the bummers, and watch his career fade into obscurity, while you both wonder, "what if"......
  5. SO true. "Out of court settlement", is the new Salary Cap breach. Maybe we could have Hogan sue us for $3 million for (insert fake illness), after he signs a long term $500k p.a contract with us.
  6. Lets not mention who was in charge back then. SWYL may have a stroke............
  7. Higher than I remember O.D, although I am often known to be wrong. $700k was Clark, wasn't it?
  8. I'm sure the "quoted" figure was $500k per season, which seemed very high back when he crossed over.
  9. 2 as drugged free agents, and 1 with next year's first pick.
  10. Melksham at least needs to be given the chance to fail in the nominated position, just like Howe did.
  11. It was stated by Melksham himself in a pre season interview, that the coaching staff had advised that he was recruited to play across half back.
  12. Sorry mate, but I'm confused. How does this relate to a trade involving Hibberd, and what he is worth?
  13. Our first round pick in ANY draft should be completely out of the question for Hibberd, but that's exactly what dodo will demand. Give them nothing.
  14. If true, thanks for choosing to play for us Micheal. I hope like hell you are prepared to come across as a DFA, because that will make your new team stronger.
  15. That's being realistic about what the Tigers would expect, and it's probably fair. I wouldn't do that trade.
  16. He wasn't under the same pressure as the inside mids, but it's nice to see someone who can hit a target after getting the ball in space. Yes, I'm looking at you M.Jones. I think Stretch will be one of our top 10 players once he matures.
  17. We all know Dawes would have grassed the ball anyway, but at least give him a chance. Jones showed why he is not a long term option. Helicopter punt, with nobody within 20 meters of him.
  18. Watts mark and goal 1.3.9 3.3.21
  19. 10 minutes in still 0.1-1 to 2.2.14
  20. The only thing surer is you blindly leaping to the defence of anyone who is criticised.
  21. Again they fight, holding nothing more than a feather duster of technicalities. No chance they will win.
