PSA for commentators
His name is KADE Chandler not Kyle!
Likewise Jared Rivers hasn’t played for Melbourne in 10 years. Trent on the other hand…
And as for the Race caller bloke calling Frittata: ‘Fritz’- drove me nuts!

defense held up very well except when the ball came in on the deck and slippery.
sydney are a top 4 side IMHO (or close to) and we wont be the only ones who get beaten up there.
collingwood lost
this was the best outcome of the round 😀 ... and we are ahead of them on the ladder!

Yeah I hate to say it but by all training videos and photos the high arc/ball drop remains his style of kicking. I don't think that's going to change unfortunately. It would be quite a big adjustment as Sue says for an engrained natural kicking style his whole career to suddenly change it now consistently.
Apparently, research says you can change a habit after 45 days (if you do the new action every day), so he better start today 🙂

Turned it off half way through the third quarter. Adelaide, Brisbane and Roos played with much more heat than us and we couldn’t respond. Really disappointed in that performance.

I think we had best enjoy this season.
My guess is that during the off season there might be several transfers encouraged by the AFL. The skill gap between the teams is simply too large.
Time might rectify it but we all know how the AFL loves to meddle
They tried it for this season so some ‘stars’ from other clubs changed clubs. All of our team stayed except Daisy retired and Maggie Caris decided to focus on netball. I’m hopeful they’ll win again this year and stick together for a three peat 😊

And the only reason they can think of is that it pits Brodie against us.
Sheesh.
And they don't respect JJ enough to note that he may be playing against his old club too.

I’m amazed at how well Kate Hore is playing since she took on the role as captain. A couple of her marks were incredible yesterday. So impressed with this team and proud of them. Well done to Aimee Mc for getting her first goal and for some of her goal assists - wow. So glad we have Alyssa Bannan too- how fast and athletic and again was pleasantly surprised at her strong marking yesterday.

With the long term contract signed by Naughton at the Dogs, where would that leave natural KF Ugle Hagan in their forward set-up? They already have Bruce, Darcy, Lobb .. they have surplus.
I know we have Jefferson in the wings, but if we’re seeking a young KF who has many strings to their bow, Ugle Hagan would be ideal to prise away at a cost. But the benefits would be huge.Bruce retired in August H_T

Let's hope we can sing the above on Sat. night.
But I like.... "Oh, the premiership's a pipedream, for poor old Collingwood!"
I like this and prefer the start of:
‘Poor Ol Collingwood will never’ as taught by my Father.

Chol appears to be the only realistic ruck/fwd available - what do you think?
Would he want to leave or stay with Hardwick is coming in?

I’m curious- can those who are concerned about potentially losing JJ please inform me about what we would lose. I don’t see speed, good overhead mark, penetrating kicks, or a good defensive forward - what am I missing?

Very impressive debut. Mobile, skilled and competitive.
Not her debut - second game apparently- though it was her first goal
