I knew Max for fifty years and first met him when we started architecture together at RMIT. He was a great guy in all respects of his life. Let's hope that Daniel Andrews honours him with a State Funeral in the same way that Jeff Kennet honoured Teddy Whitten!

I have just received an email from the MFC promoting a sale of Demon apparel. Modelling the gear are (from left to right) > Jack Viney, Dom Tyson, Bernie Vince and Jack Viney. So glad to see that our sports scientists have finally managed to clone a second Jack Viney. I can't wait for the day when we have a full team of 22 Vineys listed. Then we may become the team that nobody wants to play against!

His endurance can be addressed in a pre-season but rightly he deserves to stay in our system. It would be a travesty if he ended up elsewhere and we got no compensation!

I don't feel for Adelaide and I have no problems him joining our list. If we can secure him for a year then it would be great. Watching him last night on the match there were a lot worse players than Scotttie!

If we get in Egan, Stinnear doesn't need to necessarily have a role within the Melbourne Demmon's structure. With two teams at Casey, I am sure Plapp would welcome a top line coach to assist him.
