Toumpas, Evans out for four to six weeks Disappointing for Toump. I was hoping he'd have a strong second half of the year. Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery and hopefully he's fit and firing for the first day of pre season. The same can be said for Evans who may also miss the rest of the year due to injury. Also, Hoges is now listed as 3-4 weeks away ...

Any chance we may look at Luke Parker at Sydney? Only 21 and is just about Sydney's best player at the moment. Can rack up the ball and can kick goals. I don't think he'd come cheap but he'd be a great pickup for our midfield.

Agreed. We can't expect Roos to work miracles with players who can barely cut it. Another trade/draft period or two will improve our list drastically along with the return of players such as Hogan and Trengove.

Spencil is still only 24, which is still fairly young for a ruckman. Although I much prefer Gawn as a ruck prospect, Spencer could very well surprise us in the next couple years.

Chris has done a fantastic job so far this season despite dismal delivery from the midfield and a proper second tall forward to assist him (Frawley is a defender and Pedders is more a utility rather than a legitimate forward). His leadership and forward pressure is exceptional. Worth every penny and his best days are yet to come.
