Our President and CEO have been silent for a while. 

No wonder we go out in straight sets.  This club has a leaker again and our strong culture is being tested.  One wheel off rolling down the road.  The club needs good news soon or it could be a messy start to next year.  I feel our exits from last two years finals series is starting to blowup things. 

We have a President who often talks about her background in major projects and we have a CEO whose job was to setup new facilities. So here we are several years later still swimming around in the pond without new facilities or even a hint of where we are at with it. 

The finish to the season is of no more interest to me.  Move on to B&F and trades draft. Coukd not give a fig what happens now with football this year. 

That is the biggest load of BS for a brown low medal.  Umpires cannot get it right.  It's getting worse by the year. 

Richardson is football boss.  Is he the right fix?  Him and Goodwin must find a very very good forward coach as a priority.  Review players positions, I think we have depth for backhalf and think Salem can go forward or in the middle.  Bowey and Juddster can handle kicking from the back. We really need to review who is best in our group at kicking goals. 

Just find the best KPP available to kick goals.  Petty will be good but can he stay on the park? 

Take a rest Ron. A great Australian and loved Demon forever.  

No cool light of day.  We just threw away 2 years of top 4.  We know the problems, we see it every week.  The club either gets it right or we look back with a flag outside of our home ground as the only success in 50 years.  Our so called talent can't execute for goal.... Fix it now. 

I have no idea, but reaching top 4 has been totally useless come finals.  We fumbled our way to that position then got found out.  All there is to say is some heads must roll and a very very tough pre season to get it right.  Our execution has been rubbish for two years.

Lose tonight, TMACS last game with us. 

Goodwin must take responsibility for selection and it does not fill me with much fizz. 

Their start and method will tell a story early.  If we again let them get a start I will be incensed. If we drop out this week, the club will be hammered and carry an unforgivable legacy with this list.  New coaches to support Goody especially midfield and forwards coaches. 

If we play the same way against Carlton we are going to hell. Our starts are always nervous and we play catchup. I've lost positivity because we have not solved our problems.  Wait for the slagfest if we go out in straight sets.   The club will be rightly accused of wasting two years of opportunity. 

Bomb bomb bomb....so damn predictable and I start to wonder about intelligence of who keeps this going. 

A season long problem.  Our forward line. Goodwin has to wear this it's the same issue every week. Frankly we play catchup every week. 

Goodwin and this forward line it's pathetic. They are pathetic pathetic pathetic. 

Same forward problems and kicking bombs. 

Big big night for the club. Here's hoping Goody has his A Game on and the players respond. Must hold our nerve from the get go and silence their supporters early.  

So important to win this one whatever happens on next few weeks just win this one boys. 

Give the West Coast Losers nothing.  Last thing I want to see is them becoming a powerhouse again and we helped them along the way. 

That's crushing for Melk.  He gave his all for this team.  I hope his terrible luck spurs this team onto greater things. Last game of the year.... Shocking luck. 

This team and it's coaches have to be at the top of their game this week.  Take Hawthorn lightly and it's peanuts for this club.  Goodwin should stop publicly lauding the team for their comebacks. Lead from start to finish must be their whole focus. Get the start right and stay in front.  Even in our wins we struggle, I want to see statement this week.
