So, if in the draft we do nominate all of the F/S and academy players (assuming that they will definitely be taken by the respective clubs they are attached to...) would that improve the value of our picks 46 & 50? As I read it the clubs involved 'spend' their points, moving those used picks to the back of the draft queue, so if we forced them to spend these early a 46 could become a 30 - 35... Maybe...

Congrats to Crossy, his leadership at the club was invaluable. Hope the he can stay on in some capacity. His professionalism and work ethic are up there with the best in the league, and something this club still needs.

It's all well and good for roos to promote the high pressure, in close football, but with out the disposal skills to go with it, it will always be a pass to a team mate that is already under pressure or a blind kick to space that we don't fill cause the run is non existent. The skill required to effectively move the ball in this game style is unfortunately above a large section of the players trying to use it. I'm not saying that roos is responsible for the loss, just saying that you can get the professor to teach, but two year old will still [censored] algebra up!

Wasted trip :/ it takes an hour and a half to manage 6 goals, and the lions manage to kick bloody 4 or 5 in 15 minutes. Don't wanna mention the T word but it's the only way I can sleep at night after that one!
