Yep, it's hard to take a clear view at the moment. The one big difference is the communication level from the coach already, that's a big plus. Stone talked about people skills and that's what he brings with Roos. It's not man management, it's people skills. edit: man management to me sounds more like manipulation, Jeans had great people skills at the Hawks. Roos has that, Stone very definitely has that and I know Allison does.

I think he will have a good career so don't agree with you on this one 'Machsy'. He has been getting a lot of outside ball to go with the stoppage stuff and that's why his stats have gone up. His kicking is not that bad.

I would be very surprised and it won't happen. If we want ferocious then Crouch is the man, I think we already have it with Viney and Jones plus the new guys in Tyson, Michie and Cross don't take a backwards step from what I've seen. We will be looking for talent inside/out, bit of size about him.

It's not bagging him 'binman', he hasn't been terrific because he's yet to have an impact. Injuries are part of the equation, I know they're not his fault and I hope he can get on the park and be terrific. That's what we got him for; not to sit and hold Neeld's hand in a press conference or give good interviews. To me it seems to be stating the obvious but we want him playing good footy. Let Roos, Mahoney and Jackson do their job and let Dawes play footy.

Same goes for Clark, he has to make an impact this coming season. It's great they are solid citizens and show leadership around the club, are good guys but in the end their worth will be judged by what they do on the ground.

He needs to play and kick goals to make his acquisition a positive, so far it's not. Leadership won't cut it on it's own, it's a nice side benefit but it's not the objective.
