I was there for 3 quarters and tried to watch Jordie to get an idea if he is some one the club should preservere with. I got bored watching. Slow even for the VFL. Lost his opponent in the spread too easily. Competes in close but does not have skills in close either Terrible foot skills

Yarran and Adams to the Dees Warnock and Duigan to GWS Priority pick to Carlton I'll take that :-)

In the modern era, I'm not so sure it's routine. Stats, numbers and KPI's rule what the coaches talk about in between quarters and during the week. Head coaches usually leave the discussion to line manages. Head coaches usually address the whole group for a short period. I would suggest Craig felt Royals message was not getting thru to the midfield. A blight on Royal I would suggest
-
Craig took over one of his line manages/coaches. In Any organisation this is not the way to manage. If a manager has no confidence in one of his assistants, he will take over. Royals results speak for themselves. Even with the troops he has at his disposal

This year Sylvia's currency has gone from the Dong to the Ringgit. Better than the Chat other players are worth. He is a keeper due to a poor list

Brain Fades - Do we get the gold medal?

You can't be too hard on Clisby. It was his 3 rd game and against the best football team in the land. The best defensive team In the land too. Overall his 3 games has been impressive. -
Sheeds was in the MFC recruiting zone as a youngster. He was over look back then and has held grudge ever since.

If Harry is a humanitarian and does a lot of charity work, he will be thinking about being employed by the MFC. There is no bigger charity in the AFL

Loving your work GNF. regardless of the outcome I love that the club is being aggressive in its approach with Roos!

Jack Watts and Mike Sheahan

I'm convinced he is not trying to prove anything to you BH. Even Jack would be aware of your history of picking talent if he reads here. your the kiss of death person on DL -
Per season draft for Adams. Screw em over like they did us with Scully (although in the end the screwed themselves over)
-
Who do we get in return? I'd take Two of Savage Ellis or Hallahan

At the start of the season DL's wanted wins against the lower teams and honourable losses to the top teams. A 5 goal loss to the reigning premiership is a good result. A win against the Dogs shows we have more talent A loss like this will attract a coach, who will see there is hope with a few more players in the team Paul Roos, this team has talent particularly when we have big outs due to injury and important players who did not have a pre season. SIGN UP AS COACH! We are better than the dgs and the saints. We could have a season like GC with the right people in place next season. Onward and upward from here on IMO

CBD, if what you say can be done even better. I just don't see the talent at Casey that other clubs will, target. I don't want to get rid of Fitzy, but he is our 5 th best forward ATM. He is only playing coz Hogan can't play and Clark is injured. Dawes has struggled with injury all year and had been spasmodic
-
He's our best (along side Watts) ATM. Watts maybe having a poor game in the forward line today, but he is a very good swingman. Down back toady he's been better. It's a good problem to have but the club needs mids. They need to look at trading for a good mid. The draft and pre season draft will help, but our whole list is un balanced with talls. Dunn is not going to get us a player
-
Ok, as I said, trade out one of our excess tall forwards. Fitzy has the least history at AFL. He has been impressive today. Take him out and put in a very good midfielder with Hogan, Clark, Watts and Dawes in the forward line. It's simple IMO. As i said it depends on Clarks Injury
-
Coz we need mids more than forwards!!! We have too many talls in the team. You cant trade crap and get AFL players. Fitzy is showing value ATM and he may gets us a mid that is more important to the team Simple really
-
The club has a few forwards at its disposal . Mitch, Dawes, Watts, Hogan and Fitzy. Fitzy maybe good trade bait for the saints or bullies. Fitzgerald is an Interesting one. Was touted a top 10 draft pick a year before his draft. Was diagnosed with chronic fatigue in his trade year and was poor as a result and his trade stocks diminished. It turns out he has diabetes and has improved a lot since this has been managed. Has played well against the best defensive team in the league. He could be something good or just a flash in the pan. Play him for the rest of the season and trade him if Mitch's foot is ok

No need to spell it out GL. No one is saying Jack is a star. What I'm reading is that Jack may have turned a corner. 40 odd more games like this and everyone will happy. I will enjoy his good games now though. Any forward would be happy with 4 goals and a game saving defensive mark. Credit where and when it's due

Sometimes Ben can write quality. But more often than not what he writes gets lost in his aggression and his inflated opinion of himself. One area he is floundering is his opinions on players. this ain't good.

BH's history on picking at talent, good players etc, is laughable at best stuieI read BH cozI like a good laugh
-
I tipped that. All that glitters...

Not sure what is going on here, but I find it laughable that the only abusive mod (who has been dumped) who was abusive has put his 2 cents in in regards to appropriate behaviour. Thank for making my day Rhino. Gold -
This kid should get a game in our midfield. He gave a second effort too.
-
Maybe CS should have cut the middle men down to 1 to save $500.000. Not sure what your pointing out here!

I'm so confused around the structures at the club I have no idea if what PJ is doing is right or not. When Craig came to the club and was given his title the MFC attempted to explain his role/duties on the club website. I was baffled then and still are. Was Vineys role different to Harringtons? Is anyone doing Craig's role now his is interm Head Coach? Who were the 4 employees reporting to CS? I was under the impression that Craig reported directly to the board to minimise CS's influence over the FD. This was reported after 186 and when Craig was appointed
