We may have been turning it over a heap and coping a bad run with the umps today, but I feel this one is on the coaches.....We are close to the worst coached team on gameday. Our only plan is to swap our backs and forwards around randomly. It has an impact occasionally but really we have way to many players playing out of position. How many more times does Riewoldt need to destroy us before we will learn. Do we research the opposition at all? He is critical to them winning games. So why does it take until the 4th to put our best defender on him? He inspires the rest of the team when he is dominating which gives us nearly no chance. Its a huge task to stop him but we didn't ever look like putting time into him. Sadly we were never going to win today......

Did I miss something about Tex & Danger wanting out?

Even if what he said is true, it should stay within the four walls of the club. Nobody externally needs to hear it and singling out players like that surely does more harm then good.

Dunn has been a target for criticism for quite a while on Demonland. Chip and Garland often get the excuse of "what can they do with so many inside 50's and enormous pressure?" the same goes for Dunny. I think with more support around our key defenders they will all seem to improve (I hope). Its good to see Dunny getting some recognition for his effort so far this year. As for those unhappy with Terlichs game he had 19 touches last night at 95% efficiency (third highest of anyone on the ground) He is in our 22 IMO. I just love the way he plays his footy. Biggest standout for me was Dom Tyson. His intensity and tackling was very good and he managed to rack up a lot of the ball with pretty good efficiency, it looks like he has a good balance of inside and outside skills. So far the trading of pick 2 looks like a good deal. It will be interesting to see how Salem turns out, could be the best trading scenario we have done in a long time. I was also impressed with Hogan, Bernie, Cross and Viv. A much more promising group of inclusions then Gillies, Byrnes and Rodan. I put some coin on us to knock off the Saints in round 1 during the week and after last night I am feeling more confident then ever. Cautiously optimistic! Go Dees!!

We need more midfield depth. The additions we made this off season are a start but we are still miles behind the top 8 midfields.

I was at the game and i thought he showed quite a bit. Racked up 19 touches from 58% time on ground and his disposal and tackling looked good. I would be very surprised if he wasn't in our 22 for round 1. Should be a great pick considering what we gave up for him.

I purchased a 1 week pass on the AFL Live app on my iPad and then streamed it onto my Apple TV via Wifi. It worked better then i thought it would and I am very happy with this service. Apart from the occasional 10-20 second drop in quality the the resolution was pretty good, even on the 60inch plasma. Definitely worth the money if your like me and refuse to buy Foxtel just for Fox footy. I would probably recommend buying just a 1 week pass at first to make sure it works on your setup though.

Ive been waiting to test out the apple tv with ipad link for a while now, it seems many different people have different results when trying it. Ill post some feedback on here as soon as i find out.

Untrue. Dunny nearly always beats or at least breaks even with his opponent and he is part of a back line that was bombarded and under extreme pressure last year. He lead our rebound 50's, Was top 10 for effective disposils and contested marks. He did however average 2 clangers per game but that wasn't high considering the rest of the team averaged about the same if not more. He finished 6th in our BnF and people think is isn't in our best 22?

Not a bad player. I think a team will pick him up no worries. Would have played 22 games for us this year if he was on our list. Perhaps a rookie spot?

Very risky for any club to take on dusty. Lots of talent but he is a a ticking time bomb.
