The sentiment was the same from most of the people I personally know that played Fantasy. I don't think you'll get much resistance.

I was particularly disappointed with the AFL Fantasy game this year. The App was clumsy and the assistant coach was didn't really assist anything. I was making changes for the sake of it towards the end of the season, never with any real thought put it into it. DeeVoted, I know you had the vote for AFL Fantasy or Virtual Sports DT games for this season and if I had to choose again I would prefer to give the VS DT comp a whirl.

I walked on to Claremont oval a couple of years ago when we were here to get thrashed by WCE. Walked up to Jack Watts with my 2 year old and he and Trenners were only too happy to pose for a photo and chat however they were just doing warm up kicking. Most supporters know the limits.

"Yeah nah." The most ridiculous saying in today's society. GWS: "so Jeremy, wtf is it going to be?"

And that is the reason why the Giants would cough up pick 7 for Howe or any other footy freak that would convince the 'good people' (term used loosely, no offence intended) of Greater Western Sydney to attend their games.

Are you actually going to dig this thread up and bother to analyse the results to see who gets the closest? I know I won't.

You're usually the first person to rubbish Facebook rumours, Dazzle.

Training - Wednesday November 5, 2014

In decision making hopefully. That's about the only real knock I've got on the bloke. -
A couple of things come from that interview. 1) Blease reads forums 2) I'm sure the stifled development argument would be a popular one amongst the players. Anyway, it was inappropriate but hardly untrue.

Exactly. Dedicated Demon automatic renewal is the way to go. Just give in to the pain.

I will remember Tappy as a great long kick of the footy and knew how to lay a very good bump. Unfortunately he wasn't showing too much more other than those couple of tricks. Another top 20 pick shown the door. Deepressing.

I'm pretty sure this is what has actually been happening.

Autocorrect sucks bags sometimes.

A few Pale Ale pints down at LC's.. It's likely to be 35 degrees so better go well hydrated.

Pretty sure the WAFL will be having a couple of practice matches by then. Dare say Peel won't let him play in the NAB for fear of injury.

Mark Neeld head of development at the Bombers
McQueen replied to Jack Jack Tappy's topic in Melbourne Demons
It all depends on your interpretation of McCartneys time at the Dogs as to whether he was a failure or not. Personally, I think he was doing the best with what he had and was making some tough decisions that weren't supported by the administration. I too wish Neeld well in his endeavours but to draw a comparison albeit with irony to McCartney is a bit rich. -

I didn't see that coming. -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BRENDAN McCARTNEY

It does throw in to light what Roos will be doing following his handover to Goodwin. Roos himself has said that he's already had talks with the club about a position that would see him remain at the club in some capacity. I guess we have two years of not really having to worry about it and by then it probably won't matter too much anyway if the process of succession Roos and Jackson have put in place actually works. -

McCartney resigned from the Dogs. Don't let that or the fact that you either don't know or can't spell his name properly get in the way of your agenda. McCartney is an excellent, well credentialed coaching appointment by the club and should only help to increase the rate at which the team improves. -

So is this confirmed or still rumour via here and news? -
Morton was not developed properly and the year under Neeld completely broke him.

Georgiou has played 7 more AFL games than me. Given that I'm an absolute Jet, that's a fair effort.

Arrow, I liked your post because it was full of positivity and excellent news which indicated the issue of JT's drop in pace and overall performance was directly attributed to the navicular injury. However, it raises a couple of questions I'd like answered if possible. From news report; It was only reported a fortnight ago after the failed trade to Richmond that Jack was only out running for about two weeks prior. "This is obviously devastating news for Jack and we will seek further advice from surgeons for a plan moving forward so he can return to playing football," Demons football manager Josh Mahoney told the club website. "Jack had been progressing well ... and (eight weeks ago) was given the all-clear from the surgeon to progress to the next phase of his program. I struggle to comprehend how after only two weeks off the de-load treadmill and running outside that Trengove is given license to run his backside off and pull PB 3km's and repeat sprints. I cannot see how any rehab program would allow that! Also, if this was in fact the case, why would the MFC put him up for trade knowing that they've cured he foot issues of a very good player and former Captain that when up and about would add value to the team. The story of JT being the missing piece of an A grader puzzle is plausible but still purely based on rumour to the best of my knowledge. Do I have the time line mixed up here? According to my calculations, Trengove was only fully off the de-load treadmill a fortnight before trade period. Hope that made sense. Cheers

It will be a great opportunity for to let Saty house-sit whilst you're away so he can keep on top of his training report responsibilities.
