    Burgo's efforts are commendable and the articles and interviews he does are a blend of something for everyone. If you tune out after a sentence or two then you're missing out on some interesting footy news and added nuances about the FD and players and extra rubbish about musicians and [censored] like that.

    Those two have got more than just Melksham to deal with. H has an awful lot to do to redeem himself from last years performance. Grimes I think has the potential to be in the team most weeks. I think a more attacking gameplan will work wonders for many players.

    It raises an interesting question regards total player payments. The 12 missing would make up a very significant chunk of the cap. Essendon may ultimately benefit financially due to concessions on top ups. Interesting.

    Agreed. Whilst Cotchin and Mitchell should receive the medal, the potential ramifications such as the betting angencies etc would really complicate it. Imagine if you dropped $1000 on Cotchin at the start of the season when he was at up to $50?
