We’ve hit the hour and a half mark.
That’s like 8 pints. 🤔
I’d be moving on to the nose nachos now.

Yes, Academic Incest. Life is not a pendulum: it's a matter of consciousness and using your the senses and intuition and experience to help you navigate though life. It's like the term 'Cognitive Dissonance' which is an academic term which refers to people who will never change their minds, no matter what evidence is presented...

This is excruciatingly long.

Because this is an Appeal and we need to show legal errors, not other incidents missed.
So the example could/should have been presented in the first appeal?

Our bloke was the ex AFL Prosecutor before Gleeson.
So Red, why can’t it be as simple as showing the Fogarty spoil and then Jacob’s and asking wtf is different?

Woods (AFL): He needed to take care, he failed to take reasonable care and he injured another player and that was appropriately found to be careless.
There was no definitive injury was there?

He recklessly hit a player high in the head enough for that player to be subbed out. Lucky not to get more weeks
Concise, theatrical, humorous.

I fear that with the ground-swell of negative comments about how this decision has been adjudicated, and for the AFL to ‘just stick with their process’ and at the same time not realise how fragile this game is right bloody now!
So many disgruntled supporters right now, [censored] off with what they’re used to barracking for and understanding of within the rules, somehow will absolutely have a an immediate and severe impact on its brand.
I represent what you’ve read above.

I think we want to fire our best shot in these games against Collingwood and Geelong this is the time to see if it works, and if it does - have them worrying about how to combat us while we can come up with more innovation for finals.
Interesting to think about the season in this way.
Bit of cat and mouse strategy. Appropriate, maybe even a tad too much risk in certain games but it’s the risk you take to discover your strengths or weaknesses early on in the conquest. It must be a very satisfying role at the club to be the ‘oppo analyst’ and help the coaches choose line ups, match ups and certain styles of play to adopt for other clubs.

Bud, this whole charade started on April 1.
Shaping as one of the better pranks in history of the AFL.

May was the first person I thought of once JVR was cited
May is expert at spoiling and making his opponent earn it. Maybe 4 or 5 times a game. And there are a stack of defenders right across the league who do the same
So what happens now? Are all those defender spoils reportable?
If so, a massive can of worms has just been opened
Or, they've just made an example of a player they might deem as expendable

If I was a neutral observer of this sport I’d give it a miss for the rest of the year.
I’ve not been this disappointed for a long time.
The administrators of the game are so high on their own stench they’re clearly intoxicated by it.
There is just no sense to the analysis it seems. God I hope we re-appeal this completely farcical decision.- 6

Okay, so can we appeal again?
