To get back on topic, the father of one of Freo's kids just told me that his son reckons that richmond's 'wild thing' should play as well this year as Ben Cousins did at wet toast - for much the same reasons. Perhaps Caro should write an article about icy conditions at tigerland - well known 'secret' among a number of players around the traps.

I remember the numerous occasions opponents would line him up and charge - only to collect their own teammates while Robbie would run on bouncing the ball.

I like the sound of Brian Coleman-Broome: 9/4/94, 181/79, Morningside (Qld) 'Very skilful small forward/defender whose skills below his knees are his main strength. He never fumbles and at times it appears that he has velcro on his hands. He is very quick over the first 10 metres and is an exciting young prospect. He is very much in the mould of Jeff Garlett in the way that he plays' Bob Batty, Qld talent manager
