I can't believe the shock and horror when it comes to Mark Neeld. It doesn't happen often that a new coach is appointed with a good list. Pies and crows come to mind but I can't think of many others over the years.

Have I missed something? Do I drink that much beer at the G? I'm concerned about my mental health. Am I so delusional that every time I have left the G in the last 4 years I have been wondering when or if our the players are going to get good when I should have been thinking it's all Bailey's fault and now it's Neeld's fault?

I bet that's what the players managers are all saying as well. But Bail will always be a butcher,Bate and Dunn will always be too small to play as a target forward and too slow to play in the midfield,Bennell will always been soft and Morton will always be to skinny and slow to be a midfielder. Whoever is the coach they can't change that. It's not all about adapting to gameplans some blokes just aren't up to it.

It just shows what a professional he is. Obviously we need a standard at our club and he is it. Players should do everything he does to prepare themselves for AFL footy. Hell if i was Neeld i'd be telling them all to shave their heads,get tatts and go surfing. Once they all leave the room to do that i'd pull Mitch clarke aside and tell him not to worry about it.

This year blows we all know that. I'm as negative as the rest of Demonland at the moment as there is not much to love except for the little bald bloke who busts his gut every week and makes me want to go to games and he makes me proud to be a dee with his efforts every week. I just can't agree on Dunn he is gone. Would have a better chance of showing his stuff down forward and If neeld keeps him he can't be a backmen and I don't understand why he is down back at the moment. His long kicking is the only thing he has going for him.

Yeah that's evans he is quick. What got me thinking we might win games was the link up between Nicho,Evans and Blease. They all haven't come on as quick as we would like thanks to injury and form but all have pace with some dodgy disposal at times but I believe these 3 could/should be our outside players.

Do we have to argue this every week? Can we wait until Neeld has the team he wants,the team that he can coach,the team that is capable of playing a elite brand of football? Seriously do you rate our players that much? How many flags should we have under this list?
