I believe we are after gap filling players because we have too many holes to fill in our side. It is also easier/cheaper to land byrnes and others then it is tippet or other big fish. If we had a semi good side we could go after one gun player ie: Tippett or Goddard but we have a lot more holes to fill so I'm happy to not pay overs for tippet and Goddard. Even though I'm happy with my Vikings I think 3-1 at this stage shouldnt be over reacted to. We beat a mistake riddled offense and bad special team Detroit and the jags are pretty bad but we did beat a red hot 49er team. Our true test will come from a really good offense with deep passing ability.

And if a trade can't be made with those clubs and the Pies can't fit him in the cap then he has a choice to make. Accept that he can't get to the team he wants and sign with us who will more then likely have the best trade for him or go into the draft. His manager can say what he wants but he isn't a free agent.
