Yep, the silence is deafening. If we are going to die can we fight to the death please? Where is our front man? Does the club understand how bad we are feeling? If so show me something. A statement or even a post on here. Even if it does nothing. It shows they are trying to do something. Whilst Schwabb is having unrealistic dreams about China our club has gone through a horror 2012,tanking,Jurrah and now another disgusting effort without a whimper from our CEO.

I'm sure this has happened to everyone as it does me when ex co workers ring me up saying they are happy or un happy at their new workplace. Imagine if Nathan Jones and Rivers catch up for a coffee. Do you think RIvers will tell Jones to stick fat and she'll be right? Or do you think Rivers will tell Nathan to abandon the rabble and get some success that is deserved?

Was Schwabb involved in the Football department a few years back and was then removed from that responsibility? After 186 there have been words flying around that the players were unhappy with the CEO and that maybe 186 was a form of protest from the players. I'm sure others have talked to Tigers and Dockers fans who say Schwabb was terrible at their clubs. I don't want to start another thread due to the huge amount already here but has anyone heard why Schwabb is so bad? What has he done to pi55 the players off? What did he do so wrong at other clubs? He is the constant at the club over the last few years. I want to know if their is a problem.

Watching Hawks vs Geelong makes me more pi55ed off about the MFC. Both teams having a dip and playing their guts out. I would spit venom at anyone who hang sh!t on me and my club. I thought 2012 was the year of the cull. I thought this year was the beginning of the re birth. Nope. Wrong. Every year is the same. We seem to be a giant sh!tball rolling down a hill collecting more sh!t on the way.

No we aren't but maybe we should be. As much as we give it to them you have to respect them. I don't condone their actions in the crowd but at least they can go to sleep knowing their club will be alive in the next 10 years. I can't say the same for us.

What does a CEO have to do with the players and what could Schwabb have done to pi5s the players off? I have heard plenty on here about sacking Schwabb and if he is the infection he HAS to be removed immediately.

All we can do is talk. I wish we were talking about actions that have happened to make us win some games but the club don't appear to know what to do.

Jack Grimes said at the AFL captains pre season launch that the players were better prepared and would not be blown away like they were last year round 1 against brisbane. Good on Viney for speaking up because the rest of them have talked too much with no action.

There has to be something wrong with this club. Something has to be holding these players back. I saw it front row for 4 quarters at 186. I stayed the whole game perplexed at how the players did not want to play. It was so obvious. I have not seen the players change there ways. I don't know what it is but it is there. It was here before Neeld and it is still here. Is it the CEO? I don't know. Can someone explain how Schwabb can infect the players? It could be Royal. Good god he needs to go. Yeah your right it does have to work both ways. If the players have bought in to neeld's plan then absolutey neeld should go. It's just too hard to tell if they have.

What's the point? Another crap performance by this group gets another coach fired. There has to be a handful of players who will drive a culture into this playing group. Kelly,Kirk,Bolton and now kieran jack and others have it running through their veins at Sydney. We need it and a coach can ask/demand it but players need to create it. If the players actually had a crack we could find out if neeld and his gameplan work.

North were getting flogged a couple of years ago. When they won they played ok but when they lost it was always massive margins. Brad Scott started to [censored] the players with boxing sessions and full training sessions the next day. Gotta [censored] em. Shave the beards, learn to hit a target and grow a pair.

Is this list the most un coachable list we have ever seen? It is so hard to determine between a bad gameplan and bad players. I am like you I don't know if neeld can coach because the lack of effort from the players is astonishing.

That is exactly why we the members shouldn't run the club. How do you think the AFLPA would take performance based contracts? We would have no players and there is such a thing as a standard contract that is agreed upon by all clubs,players and the AFLPA.

I love your passion mate and I understand the frustration because I am feeling it too. I just can't agree with you on this. To ask for a massive meeting with a heap of supporters is not a effective solution. Yep the players don't look to be a tight unit. A directive from a supporter to be tight knit won't fix it.

I know it is hard to truely voice how gutted it is to be a member of this club and watch this rubbish every year. But to ask all involved in the MFC to sit there and cop abuse and hear tales of woe from supporters for 5 hours is a bit of a stretch. I am happy to see any idea implemented if it will achieve something. I don't think this idea will achieve anything.

Actions are fine WYL. Getting a handful of [censored] off supporters together to yell RABBLE at the same time is not action.

If players can't put in effort and heart for their own sake and for the blokes they train with every day I don't think a few angry supporters will get them going. Your idea has no substance. You just want to vent which is fine. I asked what would you say if you had the chance to improve on field perfromance and you can't answer. I couldn't give any information or advice to a AFL footballer apart from bust ya gut.

Ok so what would you say? Tell me what you could point out that could help on the field. If it is so bloody brilliant that players, ex players, head coaches and assistants haven't thought of then you my friend can have the gig as the main man for yourself. You want to tell the club your are pi55ed off. Fair enough I get that. I am too. It's called Email. Tell them that way.
