It was 90 minutes before the game.NOT just before they ran out. I'm not sticking up for neeld because the zoning gameplan blows but you can't give an old fashioned rev up 90 minutes before a game.

I'd be more worried about the gameplan then a brave heart style speech. This isn't local footy. A well drilled and executed gameplan will always beat chest thumping rhetoric.

I'm sure the boys will have a crack but it seems to take a smashing and then a week of criticism for them to show a heartbeat. I just wish they could rock up to the ground, clock on and mean business every week. I think we will start strong and break even in the first quarter with a more skilled team and then fade away to lose by 5 goals.

If we win tonight I'll be happy but pi55ed at the same time. I'm sick of us having our backs against the wall and the media on us all week to stand up. Can't we just put in week in week out?

Still think the bombers will have a hard tagging forward on Watts. He is damaging with no opponent on him. Jack's problem comes from having an opponent on him. There are plenty of questions on his heart. I don't buy into that. I think he was lost as a forward then found a spot wondering the back line but he gets lost again when someone stays with him all day.

After the game Neeld looked at Jack Viney then walked over to Todd with a "Sample" cup and said "We need more".

I've had dinner with Hogan, Viney and Cale Morton. Hogan ordered two live bulls which he then wrestled to the ground and devoured them. Viney had a large plate of metal which he chewed through in seconds. Morton had the salad.

Nah they had a meeting after watching Jack VIney's debut and figured out there is no drug to match him. Essendon will forfeit tonight.

Not a chance in hell will any Melbourne player find the mentality of any fighter. Most start from nothing and all of them have self motivation to improve and master their trade. Footy players are told from a young age they will be drafted and are treated like professionals before achieving anything. Hell, watts is waiting for a Joel like figure to rock up to the club and save the players from embarrassment!

My grandfather played some reserves footy for the bombers back in the day so my whole family are bombers. I was as a kid but I hated the bombers arrogance from the coach and the supporters. I was about 7 when I saw a bloke from sunbury (my neck of the woods) they called the ox at the G against essendon. He busted his butt all day and was so talented I was in awe of him. When I left the G I took off my bombers gear and became a demon. As a kid even though we haven't seen a flag I'm happy to have seen the ox,farmer,neitz,yze,robbo,stynes and others play. They made me proud to be a demon.

Well at least I will be under no illusion that we might win next week. I might just get drunk at the G and watch Jesse hogan highlights on my phone.

I emailed the club for the first time. I let them know that i fear there is something very wrong with the club. Sitting at the G on the weekend watching our players roll over sent a shocking memory of 186 through me. I was at Geelong for that game front row thanks to my father in law. I just can't help but feel something is wrong and I begged the club to fix it.

That is a dead set disgrace Robbie. I Thank you for all your contributions to the club. I wish I could put more in then just my membership but I can't. This should be pointed out to the club. You have more class then me because I would of given all involved a massive spray.

It's not so much the beards that annoy people it's the perception they give that they are pi55 farting around with beard competitions when they should be switched on not and playing like retards. How about having a disposal efficiency competition? Or a second effort competition?

I don't know about Schwabb I could swing either way. I'm with stuie's line of thought that a CEO doesn't put on a jumper or coach but why do freo and tigers supporters cringe at the thought of him at their clubs? I don't bloody know anymore this club gives me a damn headache.

No gameplan can be successful without effort and intensity. Our players do not put in simple as that. If the players put in we could sift through the gameplan. The fact is we don't know if Neeld can coach because the players don't give him a chance.
