  1. I am starting a petition for the AFL to pay Essendon's legal bills so they stay strong. More details to follow .....
  2. Russian proverb : If you live long enough, you will see the body of your enemy floating down the river
  3. Well what I really meant is that just like that zone in the Lord of the Rings where it was not possible to consider what lay north of a certain point, absolutely no one has the wit or the will to consider the implications of cheating and its ramifications. It may have altered games and may have financial ramifications and people have been dudded. Just don't think any of the various vested interests are going to walk down that path is all
  4. This is a strictly no go zone There is the integrity of the AFL- betting system to consider I strongly advise you to drop this line of discussion
  5. That word " delusional " ,if it came out of Mark Robinson's word processor, seems huge. Does it mean history is being reevaluated ?
  6. It's just for a friend Is he reliable?
  7. The side effects, notably, include "spontaneous erections" Makes you wonder why they wanted to take the stuff in the first place. Must have been for the tanning effect. Is anyone aware what happens when females are injected? Apart from darkened skin, is what I am inquiring. And where do you source this type of thing, anyways ?
  8. Pretty sure I remember a video of him visiting some less fortunate parts of the planet years ago and using his status and personality trying to help their inhabitants. Can't say where but I was impressed (and surprised given where his abode was). His drive to be somewhat different to your average yobbo is no new thing, I would observe. Someone with some belief system?
  9. Ah's gots to know ...... Is that a real photo ?
  10. Will contributions to the Save James Hird's Behind Fund be tax deductible ?
  11. I predict both sides will claim vindication
  12. Well I advocate that we could refuse to go onto the field and play against anyone suspected of wrongdoing. The principal reason being principle.
  13. Alexander Downer
  14. Robinson would have to be a member that extremely rare breed of humanity that values reputation and good name above reputation and family financial security. Pr = [about the same as that of Freo winning the flag ]
  15. I have a distinct sensation that this outcome MUST NOT/cannot /WILL NOT be allowed to happen. It is imperative that these matters are never explored and allowed to be cross-examined. Wise heads will give their advice. Settlement will be reached. It's just about price.
  16. Neither am I. But I suspect the argument that the Club had failed in its duty of care "to him" would need an agile legal mind to develop and sustain. Probably needs a defence lawyer - they are adept at this sort of thing
  17. Fair point Reminds me of my Babcock & Brown shares bought at $8.60 That's $10,000 I'll never see again. Then some litigation firm starts a class action to recover some of the "lost" money and they want 50% of any recoveries. Half is a bit steep, but my accountant says 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing so I signed up
  18. Daisy Thomas as well ?
  19. Were they given that as well ?
  20. Do they ever revue these absurd decisions?
  21. When a 23yo DHS worker turns up on your daughter's doorstep with the information that if they continue to bring their children up as Demons supporters it will be viewed as psychological abuse and the kids will be repossessed for the welfare of the children
  22. I find him to be an unsatisfactory witless
  23. Wrong !!!! Gollum ( watch the footage)
