All I can think is "thank the Lord (or whoever) that the club isn't a democracy ruled by the majority votes of posters from here". We would have NO players and NO coaching staff....all sacked at some stage over the past year or so.

That may be not a bad summary of our situation, one that Neeld, Missen, Craig et al are starting to turn around. I am really looking forward to what a "Neeld created and Missen / Craig developed" list looks like by the end of 2013.

As far as international expansion is concerned, ground size and shape is a problem, though in cricket playing countries there should be more scope.
