For all the complaints about salary cap concessions (are they still there?) it is truly amazing what they have done. I heard ?Tadhg Kenelly talking last night about the "no [censored] policy" - if you have an ego, leave it at the door on arrival, or ship out. I too was thinking of #12&22 in particular and how they would either be transformed into stars, or disappear. They have an uncanny ability to take rejected players from other clubs and transform them. How do they do it? It must be a lot more than money.
