WJ.
I did have a couple more shots of the mascots running out. Unfortunately I was on the far side of the ground and had the focal length set at 70mm which means that I did not get any closeups. I have cropped them to get in a bit closer.
There was a photo journalist there who was in close who was taking pictures of the kids. (See the 3rd shot) The club may be able to put you in contact with him.
Here is a link to the cropped shots that I have. Not sure which of the little guys is your grandson. I'm betting the one with 31 on his back,

Send me a pm and I'll send you the originals and the cropped shots.

They played an interview with Gill Mc'. He basically said these things are hard to prove. Looking more and more like they have nothing substantial. Circumstantial at best. No case to answer!
Forget about CW. She might be a blow hard tonight on FC, but tomorrow's the day. Gill Mc said he would decide this week. Unless he is of the opinion that the week ends on Sunday then we should know tomorrow. Either way, there is no way that this will go to the Commission meeting on Monday.
It's either no case to answer or the AFL will have to drag this on for another month or convene an extraordinary meeting which is unlikely unless they want maximum publicity.
Yes, but they play Carlton, Essendon, Richmond and Hawkthorn as home games on a Friday night, All we get is Goldcoast, Greater Western Scully and Feemantle mainly on a Sunday and Port thrown in on Mothersday. Go figure who is going to get the bigger crowds.
I'ld like to know how they get the old Olympic Park all to themselves redeveloped with government money and we get gosch's paddock as their cast off. Some form of nepatism from the Brumby Governement?
These 3 sponsors are no longer on the web site but Metro Solar is still on the training shorts. It must be an expense to the club to replace gear to remove the sponsors logo. Given we are only a week away from NAB cup will the club have to remove Metro from the match day strip or will Metro get some lag publicity.

BarnDee,
The "add to cart thing" is just a default of the SmugMug sight. I haven't worked out how to remove it. Not trying to sell anything and certainly not interested in attending other clubs training.
Just a Demon tragic who has been a member for 46 years. Not a professional photographer, just an enthusiast and happy to share. I'll investigate further to see if I can remove it because I must admit when I first saw it, it worried me a little as well.
One of the first thing I learnt.

What time did you get there? Recently they have been heading back inside for 20 minutes at around 10.30. They then return to the field for around 45 minutes to do match sim and a few final drills before finnishing between 110.30 and 12.00.
Enjoy.
