For the 1st time I had 3 leagues to work with and gather all scores. Last year all I had was not much more than 18 teams with confirmed scores for an entire season. After much to and fro'ing I decided some of the scores from the teams in the lower leagues were just too good to ignore.Therefore 8 teams have been promoted into the Stynes League. These include the GF winner from Div 2 Malki's Masters, Highest league scorer Div 2 Ruffnuts. A special mention to Kumamoto_Ken team 'Ken's Colossi' winner of the 'Bradbury Award' promoted from Div 4 into Div 1 with a score of 50247. Every team now in the Stynes League (Div 1) were ranked in the top 20,000 in overall rankings in SC in 2014. This will be the last time wholesale changes will be made regarding promotions. I think we can safetly say we have everyone in their correct leagues now. The only way to be promoted will be as stated in the opening post.You'll have to earn a promotion. All that is required now are confirmations from everyone listed in their league. Newcomers and expressions of interested will be added to a league for 2015.

Dream Team - Promotion / Demotions Legends League (Div 1) Tridents (Div 2) Redlegs (Div 3) (and a Div 4 IF required) "Total Season Points" scored for the entire season are used to calculate League & Ladder positions. The amount of games won during the season are irrelevant, BUT may be used for a 'countback' if required. 1: The Grand Final winner in the Trident league (Div 2) replaces last on the ladder in the Legends League (Div 1) (regardless of Total Season Points scored) * Finish on the bottom of the ladder in any league, its a automatic demotion to the next lowest League. * Replaced by the GF winner in the next lowest League. 2: The next Team to be promoted will be the highest "Total Season Points" Team from the next lowest League, IF higher than lowest Season scorer in the next highest League. 3: If 3 Leagues are required, the Team that wins the Minor GF in Div 3, gets a wild card entry into Div 2, IF a current team drops out for the following year. This team will be the 1st team invited to make up 18 teams in the "Tridents League" (Div 2). Then we revert back to the normal process to elevate teams. Its just an extra incentive, a reward if you like for a Minor GF winner. This only applies in Div 3 to Div 2. =========================================================== All Coaches / Teams MUST confirm for the season. Non confirmed coaches will be deemed as NON starters. I would advise everyone to check their Scores from last year, mistakes can happen. Its a long and tedious task to compile the scores and arrange the leagues. If you have confirmed or posted an expression of interest to play and you dont see your team in a league, plz speak up, it may have been an oversight. All confirmed Coaches will be sent a Code to join their league , via Personal Message (You need a Demonland account for this) If you take too long to respond and join your designated league, your place will be forfeited and a team from a lower league will replace your team. Codes for the Legends League will be sent out first. Followed by the Trident League etc etc. I need everyone to join quickly, as it holds up the next tier league. Regardless of past history, returning past coaches that missed a year or more and all new players will all start in the lowest league. Unless vacant spots are available in a higher league. Teams failing to play out a year (Ghost Ships) risk not being included in a league the following year, preferences will be given for returning and 1st time players. 'Guests' are Teams that haven't setup a Demonland account, and will have a league set aside once all DLand users have joined their the leagues. The last time we didnt lose Round 1 was in 2011. We drew with the Swans. We have to go back to 2005 for our last win in Round 1, that was against Essendon. We have gone backwards at a rate of knots since. Edit: Corrected 2005.

Devastated to hear the passing of the player who in all of my time watching football, nobody but nobody could ever hope to be the complete footballer Flower was. Keith Greig probably being the closest. I have seen champion forwards that rarely miss shots at goal. Ruckman that could control the center bounces and around the ground. Players that had speed to burn. Players that could kick a goal out of nowhere. But our No2 had them all covered. never have I seen someone with such poise and balance with a football in his hands The many games I seen him play, never did I hear anyone bag Flower, there were times diehard opposition supporters would applaud his wizardry. At worst somewhere from anear I would hear "Bloody Flower!" Who the F.. is on him?" A champion player, a champion person. Much admired, may our favorite son RIP. Just heard Frawley has now delayed his answer to the end of this month. Most likely waiting until the finals finish. as the team that he has decided to go to is still playing. And therefore cant annouce any details. I hope Hoges kicks a bag on him next year, or knocks him senseless. or both. I';m over Frawley, we have more important issues with the team.

I agree, Fanasty looked pretty, but it has major flaws. We may need a re-vote to move to Real DT until Fantasy get their act together. They have removed all the ladders and I cant get anyone's season pts tally for the year. I need that info to do the promtions etc. Real DT is the same as the original Dream Team.

I dont want to jump the gun, but in your league we have 2 Guests playing off in the GF. At least I think both havent registered on DLand. You might be in line to get promoted into the Legends league if both remain guests,as I have no way to send them an invite for next year. Both had good scores, so perhaps they will sign up and make an account on here, if they havent done so already. Fantasy doesnt show the ladders this week, if they dont get that back up I'm battling to gather all the season total pts for everyone.
