No more Gary Lyon please and IMO our biggest issue was Cameron Schwab the club now has a pretty fresh slate with some quality people and players but improvement on and off the field must start now

Was asked why the turn in form from struggling to get a game last year to playing some good footy this year. Don't quote me on any of this. His reply was it helps when someone believes in you (voss) mark Robinson then asked if he thought mark neeld believed in him which he replied NO. To which mark then asked did he believe in mark neeld moloney's reply was No that's why he left!

Just being honest! Neeld was probably a great headmaster demanding respect but he appears to be a useless coach

Sounds plausible that the afl are very concerned and needing to help BUT I just can't see Paul Roos putting his reputation not to mention the stress for himself and family on the line for the melbourne football club. Had we not burnt sheedy he would have been the ideal candidate!

Agree on all except Bail and Jamar. Would throw Sellar and perhaps Strauss in the list to go

Work rate just doesn't exist and hasn't for years my call is get rid of the blokes that don't want it bad enough and never ever play then again. It should be a prevlidge and an honor to get an opportunity to play afl not many of these guys look as if they give a [censored]

Wow that's so far out of left field it's crazy. But is it stupid crazy I'm not sure. One thing is for sure he is an elite athlete but not like an African American athlete who can jump run and mark better then Most making up for footy smarts and foot skills that are usually an essential part of afl football. This guy is deffently something diffirent but I can't see a game that I would assume he has never heard of being right up there on the things to do list.

I know I know it's early days but man Oliver wines would have been great and I for one was keen to get him.

Out gillies - horrible player to watch doesn't have much upside pederson - just a nothing player sellar - same as pederson Nicholson - has a go but murders the ball too often Mckenzie - same as nicho obviously a decent tagger but can't turn tag into attack. Dunn - just no good. In Tom McDonald, terlich, jetta, Dawes, Trengove, kent All of the above will offer so much more
