Posted 09 March 2011 - 10:24 PM I've been told due to sub par form during the pre season Jack Watts is probably going to be left out of the side for the season opener. I for one don't mind this, With his first real pre season under his belt I did expect a little more from him during the NAB cup/challenge. Competition in our forward line is going to be pretty fierce this year I think. Just got back and it seems his NAB CUP form warrants selection and WILL line up on Sunday. Like I said in thread I was just passing on what I was told by the man.

I'll be seeing him shortly so I'll let you know.

FWIW I'm a demon for life meaning my membership is automatically taken out every year. I would buy a membership if I lived in Afghanistan, Just to be a part of it. I believe $400+ a year is a small contribution for something that brings me so much joy. If you follow the club the least you can do is pony up some cash.

I'll be as disappointed as the next person if he doesn't play round one. It is a fact and not rumour, He was advised that on current form he is likely to miss round one. As previous posters have put it if he comes out on Friday night and dominates or even flashes his chances for round one would obviously go up.

His ex is probably gearing up for another launch party somewhere.
