  1. whilst i am not accusing you of doing so, i think "suggesting" and "implying" in past posts on the Scully saga, are one and the same. I think that's worth pointing out too. the poor kid has copped a hammering by many here. Scully was vindicated yesterday. the amount of unwarranted, unfounded and unsubstantiated remarks thanks to rumours and innuendo that i have read in a few scully threads over the last several months has been pathetic to say the least. Those should be ashamed of themselves. i honestly wonder how they lie straight in bed at night. They are no better or worse than some of the pedalling journalists in the industry.
  2. ha striker475, how long did that take you to produce, all of 26 seconds ?
  3. haha! got in just before you mordja.
  4. tell 'em we love them as a club. We love that they picked up Jordan McMahon for pick 19. The vision of their coaching panel were over the moon when Jordy kicked the goal to win. (NOT). Compelling stuff. love, trenners & sculls.
  5. wtf ? whilst Morton was handy on occassions, he and Bartram's disposal was flaky and their decision making is highly questionnable under pressure. And if you think he was "hard at it", think again.
  6. Richmond Away G - will come down to midfield essentially. our attack can stretch their depleted backline. rivers, frawley, garland hold a big key to a win this week. WIN. Doggies Away ES - spew'n this isn't a the G. WIN - Midfield and defence the keys. Fingers crossed they're not up and running. Last game before the Bye. Port Home TIO - cassisi back strengthens their midfield, preparation a big key to a WIN. too close to call. port will be confident in Darwin having beaten Tigers. LOSS Hawks Home G - LOSS Geelong Away Skilled - LOSS Carlton Away G - LOSS Eagles Home ES - WIN Richmond Home G - WIN Gold Coast Home G - WIN Port Away AAMI ? will come down to round 24 .. LOSS. that gives 10.5 wins at best. WIll come down to half a game or percentage. tipping the Tigers will end up 9th. B)
  7. observed the back to the future almanac in 2026. The 2016 top 4 after round 34 is: Melbourne Gold Coast North Melbourne GWS
  8. great roost by Chip ! has nearly caught his uncle Spud already.
  9. agree with this. needs to harden up and look the AFL player. doesn't look like he enjoys the wieghts much.
  10. lol. it's looking every bit the absolute monty the Tigers will end up 9th again.
  11. exceptional play by Rivers. i agree Dawes seems the likely opponent. Frawley for Cloke. Bartram for Didak or Blair if he resumes.
  12. hahaha. very good. all the best for Evans debuting.
  13. they got some pride back against the crows. but just as soon as they got it, they lost it. I saw Petterd go one handed at a ball in flight and he copped a spray from moloney. moloney lead by example in that instant and told petterd to do better. I think that is the kind of leadership we need. i don't see that from Green.
  14. who said anything at all about "jumper punching?" matty Warnock and Kurt tippett were involved in a bit of push and shove. I thought matty intimidated tippett to the point tippett went into his shell with no influence ! there was no mention of jumper punching in my opening post. by all means beat yor own drum.
  15. I suppose we should keep our options open, but he is a first round pick who had an interrupted preparation. prefer to see more. he should be stepping up to the plate by now.
  16. deesBet odds for who will return first to football head2head: scully $15.00 jamar $1.07 insider trading no doubt. *disclaimer: deesBet is not Deesbet and doesn't exist.
  17. have any suggestions? if you are loking for a trade would there be a preferable age? or someone who will lead them in the right direction like work ethic, before moving on in a couple of years? ie. lenny hayes. to make a move will come at a cost and considerable thought with list management. let's not forget, the reasoning for the staggered contrcts of trengove, scully and the front end contracts had everything to do with netting a big fish if and when the time come. perhaps that day is approaching sooner! But who? is it a big body up forward? or one who thrives as a contested ball winner? or both? interesting thread axis.
  18. speaking of which, some might find amusing, had a mate locked up by the police in Bourke St, Mall today. he tried to explain to them that he thought the craze was W**KING..not PLANKING ! boom boom.
  19. when chip spoke, i thught he was relaying what Bailey had said?
  20. the way Garland was limping the pope over in Italy could see it. so it's remarkable that you noticed it. you certainly must read a heap of books. including topics such as culture in a nutshell no doubt.
  21. have you bothered to look at freo's injury list? it's no wonder. just because they lose to the eagles in wa, doesn't mean they are on the way down. look at west coasts form through hawthorn in tassie. the hawks rate them and the general footy industry know it. except you. here is another fact, west coast won two of their 3 flags before freo started. freo's performances and circumstances including shite drafting and trading early on made it a joke, but wht harvey has put in place in his time through hard work is culture changing and that of demanding good performance. consitently. just at a glance - in a nut shell - you have no idea.
  22. what more can you say special k? stop implementing the seven-11's on corner blocks, there is too many. demetriou should shave his chest or move on, it's a disgrace. gillard should stand down or at least get an ear lobe fix then the indonesian president will relax. All tweeters should stop tweeting and let aussies get back to work. mods should step aside for letting this thread prosper and kallioota should get some tooth piks to help open his/her eyes. what more can i say.
