This will go one of two ways: we will deem to roll over but with few sanctions that will hurt us in the longterm (ie a mutual agreement will be reached) or it will end up in court . I have actually thought of a third that is the investigation will include other Clubs thereby allowing the AFL to seem to be "fairhanded" (hah) and allowing us to get through the Draft period unscathed. Once that investigation is completed there will be either no sanctions because of the ambiguity of the law or all "tanking" clubs will be handed equivalent sanctions. I hate this. This is the lowest I have felt all through a horrible year apart from Jimmy's passing.

Roost if you could only meet Don McLardy. We have a President who absolutely loves this Club and always has. He has given up so much to take on first the Vice President position and now as President. You should not understimate what Don does for the Club. He is a man of high morals and a true friend in every sense of the word. We have a President whose only agenda is to hold the Club together and work for our future. He may not be as charismatic as Eddie or as outspoken as Kennett but he does know how business is run and AFL is a business. We need to stand firm behind Don. He is not the reason the [censored] has hit the fan

Geez what is your problem. You sound like you are actually enjoying this. No matter how much you dislike CS, CC and DMc how could you want your Club to be put through the wringer like this. Dont hide behind your usual getting rid of these three and the rest of the Board will make the Club stronger. That is just crap. What we are witnessing could be at the worst the end of the Club. Ah then you could really be smug. But then where would you be able to vent your spleen because there would be reason for Demonland. What I dont understand is where has it been said that the players were told not to try by the Club. Players have come out and said that they were not instructed to lose so how can CW claim that players "refused to tank". What they refused to go to the positions that they were told to - absolutely ridiculous statement. One of many from our dear Caro.

TPM actually Bolt was sued successfully just recently. There just may be a god - if all is revealed in our favour she will get her just deserts. I think we have forgotten about Healey and Sheahan and how they are connected to this in the first place. Would love to be a fly on the wall at the Healy family Christmas lunch.

How can you bring Gary into this? If you had had any dealings with CC you would know that he does tend to have verbal effusion and maybe this was just another case of CC being CC. Without written evidence of CC giving a directive to the FD to lose games it is just heresay.

Caroline Wilson is not a member of Parliament and therefore does not have the same libel priveleges.She should be very careful of her wording because some of what she has written could be construed as defamatory. Now wouldn't that be a story in itself.
