She said exactly the same thing last night on AW. It was during a discussion about Adelaide but she couldnt help herself but to get a offside jab into MFC. What got me was Dwayne "I hate Melbourne" Russell asked her what she would be happy with as in the penalty that AFL should hand down to Adelaide. Hang on when did she become arbiter of all things AFL. She doesn't need anymore puffing up otherwise she would explode. When it came time to discuss Melbourne's "tanking" she said that CC was in deep doo doo depite the Clubs and CC's argument that the statement was made off the cuff. That CS is still in trouble but not as much as CC. I didn't quite understand her statement about the Club taking on legal representation and the AFL's reaction. I'm not sure whether she was inferring that MCG was either pressuring or threatening the AFL or whether the AFL did not want this to go to court. Did anyone else hear that conversation. Of course there was the comment about Melbourne supporters having their heads in the sand about the tanking issue, comments on social media from supporters etc. Does she read Demonland. If she doesnt she should.

P Man if my memory is correct Col really started to show a few good signs towards the end of the season. He needs a really good preseason without injury and issues. If we dont see something concrete from him next year I would expect that Neeld would have him on the exit list.

I drove past Casey last weekend and couldnt believe the number of additional houses going up adjacent to the Park since I was last there (VFL finals). We need to harness these new families. If the "takeover" goes ahead we need to tie households into a Casey Social Club and develop the younger members of the families as Demon supporters. What about a free three game membership to the families of the newest of the houses (as you drive in to the Park) or alternatively a free membership to the Casey Demons. Saturate the schools, Auskicks and family days at Casey with MFC players. Put a bus on to take families to the MCC from Casey. Make Casey ours.

As pointed out she is not in the protective enclave of Parliament. If the "charges" against CC and CW are not essentially proven by the AFL or both or one escape the AFL retribution then her remarks/comments have been made in the public domain which leaves her very open to libel suits by numerous MFC identities or the Club itself. She maybe a victim of her own prejudices or unwittingly used by others with their own agendas who escape scrutiny because they have used Caro knowing her unbridled bias against CS. My heart is telling me she should get her just deserts but my head is telling me it may be better for the Club and us to move on. We as a Club will get over this however Caro will always have the stench left by what she created.
