Its not about individuals its about a team. I think you will find with Roos that its all about players that can play a role to generate a great team performance. On that measure Beemer loses out big time, so does Col, The only one that irks me out that was Thompson. We nurtured that snake through a horrendous run with injury and he did the dirty on us. $cully - we did very well out of him. And his 7 kicks a game wouldnt make much difference for us.

There has been some consternation about Cams nickname. Pedo seems a bit weird shouted out across the 'G. I notice today that his twitter account says CamPedda so maybe the players call him Pedda and that is his nickname? Easy for people to miss or confuse the vowel at the end Only a small thing but its a lot nicer than with an 'O' on the end. Go Pedda has a much better ring to it. Just sayin....

I think one of the points of the article was that Clarko had been to Harvard Business School in the break. I imagine there when they talk of leadership etc he thought of this issue. Now he is back he feels he needed to speak out about it. Its a cosy place the AFL. No-one likes to rock the boat. But Clarko is now seeing a bigger picture courtesy of his education. The fact he is now a 2 time premiership player probably also helps. He is unlikely to be pilloried. Imagine if he lost last years GF - he might be under more pressure for making those statements, It also doesn't hurt that he s supporting Dimwit. Just sayin...

We had one player last year that averaged more than 20 possessions - N Jones. We recruited two - Vince and Cross. Mitchie and Tyson can also find the pill. Jones will be a better player with Cross and Vince around him. So all of a sudden we have a midfield that can get numbers. We haven't had that for some time. Mitchie we will have to wait and see but he racked up numbers for Peel Thunder. Vince will be a very good addition for us. He and Cross also have something to prove to their respective past clubs.

We looked like a footy team for the first time since the Swans game in 2010.

Notice how Hird is using everybody else to fight his dirty war?? The problem when there is a vacuum is that it wants to be filled. After the Fed Govt and ASADA igniting the flames they have gone silent.In the absense of any formal comment, the Hird machine has churned out story after story trying to shape the war against the Bummers.
