Players like Garland are the prime reason we are a shiite team. He should be in his prime. 26yo 112 gmes. Started out really well and we thought 'we have a player here'. And yet he has gone backwards in the past 3 yrs. Like he has had a footy lobotomy. Should be the marshall of the backline. Should be the player that the young guys look up to. She be a leader and a stalwart of the team. Instead he is a half OK player that NEVER dominates, goes missing in action regularly, has spectacular brain fades. In a good side would probably be OK. Rivers was a bit the same. Started great but was never a leader and was too easily coached out of a game. Poor disposal and a lot of average play in his last years. Chip has headed that way since his AA year. Jamar has had one year and gets toweled up by Martin after mouthing off about what he was gonna do to him WTF has happened. It has happend to so many of our players in the past as well. We never step up in line in the sand games. Never stand up when its counted. The number of times we have claimed to stand up and then fail miserably is pitiful.

Ins Has to be Cross I want to see Strauss and Michie. They have decent sized bodies which you need for the hawks and should have an engine. Grimes or M Jones DropTerlich, Tappscott. Mckenzie Blease. It will be the definition of ugly.

What's to analyse after 7 years? but I'm glad you have it figured out. Get some outside players who can kick. We have had limited improvement in a couple of areas. In most areas we are below VFL standard. There are plenty of us who are sick of the ineptitude. Time and time again we see it. Terlich has a dip but gives it back 30% of the time. So what's the point? He's not alone. Hey we arent getting belted by 100points. Well f me I feel great about that. We aren't breaking down the atom here. We are kicking a footy. And frankly some of the muppets on the field can't do that most of the time - well not to a team mate they cant.

No one here sticking up for Garland? WTF has happened to him? Was super reliable 3 yrs ago. Then had a lobotomy and forgot how to play footy. Has sucked big time this year.

The only good thing is that we can see clearly who can't/won't do what they are coached to do. Didn't watch it all but I want to question what has happened to Garland? Yeah missed some pre-season but he wouldn't get a game at another club the way he has been playing. Our defence fell apart in the last. Vince made some terrible blunders in the last quarter and a half. JKH fumbled terribly. We really are bad. Big clean out required. Sayonara Chip.
