There were two actions where a free should have been paid and neither were paid.

So why isn't Cyril being cited when he bumped weideman head on and then lifted his leg and drove him into the turf? That was head on.

In the first 90secs of play Gibson gets a dubious free for high contact when Pederson went for a punch. Gibson is whingeing to the ump for a 50m. Later when a free is paid to Weideman for a blatant high contact Gibson is again mouthing off at the ump. He is pathetic

This bugs me. They are not allowed to be within 5m of the player on the mark UNTIL the ump has blown his whistle and called play on. The umps get it wrong constantly

He lacks urgency for mine. A bit like the Watts of old. Doesn't/can't body players out of the way and when the ball is in dispute he can be a liability because of his casual approach. Is improving no doubt but i have my heart in my mouth when the ball goes near him.....

I am one who has been totally exasperated by TMac but Tom's last two weeks have been very good with few mistakes or brain fades. If he continues to play like that he will be an AA defender.
