It's not personalities as much as it is playing demands. If Neeld wants players with a strong, defensive, running side to their game, Moloney doesn't fit. He also has some baggage from past events that wouldn't go down too well with Neeld's demands for professionalism, integrity and 100% application. I'll be interested in seeing how Moloney goes at Brisbane ... I'm not sure what Voss's imperatives are.

I'd like to see posters put their foresight where their mouth is and state precisely after the draft is complete how each player will be turn out. Then we'll have a reference in a few years time that will be incontrovertible, that no one can back out of.

Agree. The ball has to be entirely behind the back of the posts. You just can't tell from a camera on an angle. Where was the camera in line with the back of the posts? Until they put one there it's just conjecture and you have to go with a good goal umpire's decision.
